spoke to SM, it is holes cut by laser - comes in the 2 c/w's we talked about and it costs $1025 (ya would think it would be less since it's missing material, ha, gotta love H!!) none in the us of a yet.........and yes it is s/s 13 and i believe it is c/w 15 orange/gris/jaune (not exact names they were made up based on person looking at picture)
the two c/w's were referred to as "the orange one" and "the blue one" - so very chic, not really more american...can't wait to see these IRL

I've seen in my store a perforated silk 90cm. In plain colours. They had it up against the backlighting and it was like stars shinning through. Interesting concept!
