I am so sorry for that, Í´m truly questionning the quality of LV nowadays.....
I know there is more demand than what they can actually produce.....so I guess the quality suffers from that, and that s unacceptable for a brand in the "Luxury" category. -That´s not Luxurious anymore-
So next time, when I purchase my bags I´ll have to check everything is OK then ? Like in a cheap store ?
And on top of that the poor service ?!?!.....oh nooo I´m so shy I don´t know if I could stand and make my point.

I've Been Hearing This A Lot Lately & Have NEVER Had A Problem With Any Of Epi. Mostly Hearing About The Mandarin. Maybe This Is Why It's Being Discont. (Too Bad It Such A Beautiful Color) ~Like The Complaint Of A Funny Smell.......One Of The Best Parts Of LV Is The Fabulous Smell!.........I'm So Glad You Got The Alma! It's Such A Beautiful Bag....I Would LOVE A Red Epi Alma!
