I am most likely going to be buying this bag soon in DE. The only concern I have is that the strap will cut in since I know the leather on DE isn't as soft as the vachetta. Does anyone have any issues with that? I wear tanks a lot so the strap will be sitting on my bare skin frequently.

Mine actually did bother me last weekend when i wore it crossbody with a racerback tank top while shopping. I'd probably been carrying it like that for an hour or so before it started getting annoying. It doesn't hurt when I carry it on my shoulder with tank tops though.

Thanks for the reply! After an hour I wouldn't mind so much, I can always switch to hand carry for a bit to give myself a break. I was just hoping it wasn't going to be constantly painful.

I am thinking of selling my de speedy b 35 to get the 40. Has anyone switched from the 35 to the 40 and regretted it? I just feel like I pack my 35 to full and it loses the nice smooshy look. It almost looks like I have packed her full of tissue for storage.

I have both the 35 and the 40 in mono the Damien Beene only goes up to a 40.. The 40 is huge but I love it. But the 35 is the perfect size.

speedy b and classic speedy in damier ebene comes only in 35, there is no 40 size.. you can find size 40 only in mono either classic speedy or speedy b..

I personally firstly had mono speedy b 35, later exchanged it for speedy b 40, well i really love the size but sometimes the bag is almost half empty..but i like how it stands out of crowd, i haven't seen anybody with 40 yet, so it makes me feel really special:smile1:


i exchanged the bag for 40, because i knew i would buy 35 in de speedy b, actually i still plan to get one in september, finger crossed..

I meant the Damier Ebene only goes up to a 35 sorry for my iPhone typo lol

But I love them both I had the classic 40 in mono and Ebene in 35 I sold them both since I have both mono and Ebene speedy b's
