By squeaky hardware do you mean that, when the hook attached to the strap is connected to the d ring on the bag, the hardware rubs together and makes a noise? If so, then my bag does the same thing, but it doesn't make so much noise that I even think about it. Maybe once you use it more it will lessen or you wont notice it anymore. I wore it today for the first time and realized the hardware squeaked which was quite annoying. Does anybody else have or had this problem?
I absolutely love the bag and the size but just not happy with the squeaky noise. I don't know what my options are since it was bought from another county and I am currently in a different country myself on a holiday. Excuse my boring clothes

Oh you do!! Well I bought the twinset about 2 weeks ago and I have not wore it and I really don't know why. I'm torn on what to do. I really love my speedy b 25 and knowing I have several way to carry it. Is the alma bb that much smaller than the 25?
Got the gorgeous Monogram Speedy B 30 on Monday!I haven't been able to use her yet because of the rain but that is what my trusty classic DE 30 is for.

It's smaller but I love my Alma bB more than speedy b25. It's fit my eyeglasses, sunglasses (both no case), iphone6, ebene key pouch, vernis key pouch and my mini pochette which I have lipgloss headphone and mini pill case.
I'm worried if I do the bb and want to carry it my hand or arm that it will look to small since I'm 5'7
Hi everyone. I had a speedy b 30 de. June 10 will be my one year mark. I inspected my bag,( I do it once in a while) and I noticed 2 cracks on the canvas starting from my stitching. I was devasted that this would happen to a new bag. I called my SA and she told me to bring it in. She exchanged it no questions asked. She just told me to keep my bag zipped up just to avoid the issue. I'm kind of bummed I got the nm. , but I can't complain. 😊

Oh wow! I'm glad you found the crack before the one year mark and you got a new one easily! Such a nice bag! I know how you feel about the new style, as I prefer the old handles, chaps, and the inside pocket. So your SA thinks the cracks are from storing it unzipped?
Thanks so much. Yeah, I'm not too fond of the inside pocket.. I wonder why they did that? I also noticed the handles feel real light (hollow) It's definitely not an improvement, I also noticed the canvas is a lot softer and thinner. Yes, she advised me to keep it zipped up all the time. I hope this bag lasts a long time. Totally unacceptable for the price point .
I agree, I definitely can feel a difference in my speedies' handles. One of the girls who works at my local store told me that the new pocket is better because the interior is not lined anymore and some people used to develop cracks in the interior coating. I personally miss the lined pocket. :cry:
Wow really? I had no idea it would develop cracks. Well then I guess it's for the better lol. I honestly think they cheated us with the new handles
