I dont think she was talking about the zipper. She's talking about the pull tab..?

And the zipper should lay flat/ straight. It's the basics of a good zipper install.

oh I didn't know she was talking about the pull Tab.

apparently the SA in my country says that it's normal for the zipper to be abit crooked/wavy. and that I am overreacting. so I just let it be. there's nothing else I could do.

they showed me other pieces which are abit crooked too but not as bad as mine. their monogram pieces don't seem to have that problem though.

Correct - it's the pull tab on the zipper twisting. I used to never close the zipper so maybe that's why. I am finding it a bit better now with not twisting as often as I am making an effort to zip up my purse. Concerning the waviness, but my DE and mono are straight too.

Mine finally, this is the perfect size for me. The 25. It took me awhile to fall in love with the bandouliere but I'm convinced that this is the perfect 'hop and go'bag. Can't wait to use her. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1423353740.408269.jpg

Has anyone recently ordered speedy b 25 online? The picture of speedy b 25 shows the older stitching, where the handle is sewn to the canvas and the stitching ends under the rivet. The picture of speedy b 30 online is the newer one with the stitching above the rivet. If I order the speedy b 25, will I get what's shown online or the newer model?

My new MIF speedy b 30 in DA! I originally thought I was going to get a 25 in DA or monogram but I ended up with the 30 (more practical). I'm only 5'1 and about 100lb so I thought it would be too big on me... but it looks better than I thought! Can't believe I waited so long to purchase my first speedy!

I'm finally a member of this club! I bought mine yesterday and had to buy the display one since that was the only one left in the store. I looked it over and it's fine though, so no worries there. One issue that I do have is that it hangs a bit higher than I want when I wear it crossbody so I will most likely take it to my cobbler to get a couple more holes punched.

I have been loosely considering a few bags for my next bag. I wanted it to be:

Comfortable to wear
Have a long strap so I can wear it over my shoulder & it fall at my hip
Not be too big
Be weather resistant

I've been thinking about an epi noe bb, speedy b in DE, speedy b in Empriente even though it is massively out of my price range, & a completely inappropriate but gorgeous bag from Mulberry.

But after being inadvertently caught in the rain today with my DE Neverfull I was grateful I didn't have to worry about my bag. Looks like. Speedy b in DE might be my new front runner....:graucho:
