Totally agreed that the 35 is perfect size. I had a trevi PM which I loved the look of. But after having to squeeze everything in like sardines, I sadly decided to sell her. One thing I find funny is when I started out with speedies, I bought a 25 years ago and thought it was perfect size, then it got too small and I went to a 30. Same thing, perfect size, thought I wouldn't need any larger. Now, I need a 35, LOL. I think the "number" (size) grows with your age, LOL (although I am quite a bit older!)

Hi, how lucky, u got both costlier versions.
I dream to own a speedy 35 DE now, haha but undecided if i should spend more w/ strap or not--i don't own a reg. speedy yet... Also, imho anybody wearing LV just look darling & ageless esp. speedy b's, bias ha.:D
Thx 4 ur insight, i learned lots from tpfers being a rookie collector.

Hi all, I am new to tpf and lv!! I was hoping to have advice from you wonderful ladies. Last month I purchased a speedy 25 b at my local lv store, my very first lv handbag! I was sooooo excited that I overlooked a few wrinkles on the strap. After carrying it for less than 5 times, I noticed they were getting worse and worse. Is it normal?? I am afraid they will develop into cracks or something.
The top strap is the one I mean, the bottom one is the other side with no such problem.

I don't think the strap should look this way. Try taking it into your store again and let them know?

No that is not normal, I would return it.

Hello LVoely gals! Please help me make up my mind. I've been in and out of LV store since last week of Oct, I have been eyeing on the Speedy B DE 30. And everytime i went to check on it, i always have second thoughts if it would fit my personality :thinkin: This will be my 3rd LV for this year and I think LV has cast a spell on me :graucho:

I have an Estrela MM which i really adore so much, wedding anniv gift from hubby and last Sept he bought me an Emilie DE wallet. I've never been so inlove with purses, i own a few of Coach and Long champs, but with the LV? you know what i mean :love: fell inlove with it.

I am a stay home mom with 2 daughters both in primary level. I am kinda huge and always wear a casual outfit in flats, on rare occasion wears wedge. This made me think twice if the Speedy B DE would fit me coz i always see gorgeous ladies but never a mom like me who i admit quite big 5'4 and weighs 84K :shucks:

Any mommy's out there with the Speedy BDE some model pics will surely help me decide please :speedy: And after using it for many months, how is it holding up? Thanks so much. :winkiss:
