I completely understand. Two free hands/arms are always needed when kids are involved :) Definitely try out the speedy B at the store if you can and see how it feels :)
I did a search here for Speedy B reviews and from what I gathered the main areas people noted were the zipper gaps, the thickness of the canvas (mine appears perfectly fine), and the brass hardware being different colors. BJTaylor02 does a nice review of the Speedy B in DE on YouTube that discusses the issues. Hope this helps :)

I just noticed yesterday that my zipper hardware is a different color from the other hardware on the bag. I've had it since January 2012, hardly ever taken it out of my closet to wear it. I'm not bothered by it, but this was the first encounter of such case in my 15+ years (approx) with LV.

Thanks so much for letting me know :) This is my first LV and do not have another to compare to. I did notice the hardware differences at the store today in both the mono and DE. However, I would have never known to look out for it without learning from the posts here :) So far, the hardware does not bother me either. I guess i just wonder if the bag will stand the test of time as well as the others in the collection.

So im pretty sure this friday i will be joining this club!!:) i have a question ive never invested in a lv bag charm begore and i am getting one friday a well so the two im in love with are the Insolence charm and tapage I'm getting the DE and most of my bags are DE no mono may get a azur NF later thi spring but anyway just wanted your ladies advice on what one I should get?? Thanks
(I tried to start a thread about this but it won't let me for 5 days cause I'm a new member :/ so thought I'd ask here)

Another pic. It is going to rain/snow tomorrow, so speedy b will be going to hibernation again this evening.

The attached pic was taken this morning before work. Can you see my golden retriever's head in the picture a little bit? :D
