Thanks for taking the time to reply Cravin. I think that sounds like sensible advice, although I'm not that close to Manchester it's more convenient than London. I have heard good things about the staff at the Manchester store on threads I've read as well which is nice. I can always compare with another London store next time I visit, especially as UK H staff don't work on commission it's probably less of a big deal only using 1 SA or store than in other countries.

I've visited the DC store quite a few times since my very first purchase at the beginning of this year. Each time, my SA as well as anyone else working at the store during my appointments have been incredibly professional, polite, and great to chat with....and of course, I always purchase something (sometimes it's an item that wasn't initially on my list!
).Like you, I haven't felt less valued; I always feel welcomed. There are some other newbies considering the DC location... maybe share your experience in the DC thread if you're comfortable?
ETA Even though it appears to be a smaller boutique- I honestly wouldn't know since it's the only store I've been to - my SA has been great at sourcing items for me from other locations.
