It looks so cute on you. I tried it on in the store but for some reason it looked so big on me! Maybe because I'm petite... :p But it looks so chick on you! I love your mini pochette, so cute, I have one too! :smile1:

DOn't look to me for slouch advice. Mine isn't slouching, either.

When I carry it by the short strap on my arm it folds in rather nicely, but it just doesn't slouch with the shoulder strap. It wears tall like a messenger. I do use the magnet and that gives it a little bit of a twist, but it comes undone constantly and then the open side gapes way open. lol

Wearing this bag is a little work, it just doesn't want to do what I want, but I'm still sticking it out. I've been carrying it every day and I am sure that if I can get it broken in, it will be slouch! lol

wowwwwwwwwww Talinder the Soffi looks great on you! I;m new and I had my Portobello for 2 months but I first picked the SOFFI it was a very very hard choice I'm in New York and the weather is not often nice. I decided it will be my next bag. It was very hard deciding between the SOFFI, PORTOBELLO and METIS in the store. IT looks soooooooo good on you!!!!!:p:D

I tried moving the short strap to the outside as recommended, but when I switch to the long strap as I would in daily life the short strap juts out awkwardly. I'm in the club for now. Here are some shots. For each pic I had to arrange the bag in an attempted slouch.

Veryyyyyyy beautiful I'm so In love with the SOFFI I will get it for my birthday. Funny you say this I'm new in this board and I saw pictures of it looking rectangular so I was not sure, but when I went to buy a new wallet for my Portobello I tried the SOFFI in the store and it really slouches it's not rectangular but the nice hobo shape I love it s tooo die for even the Metis!!!!! You have to go in the store and try it IT LOOKS GORGEOUS ON YOU and complements your outfit. love it:D

Really? wow maybe you received one with defects that s strange. I tried one and just looking at it and trying it, it slouches perfectly. The artsy looks better in Empreinte

If they offer an exchange I"m not even sure I'm going to want one. I had high hopes for this bag, but it's kind of letting me down. I really like how it looks folded over, but it just doesn't stay that way. I'm trying to be patient, though, because my Delightful folds in so nicely and is super slouchy and hobo-ish, but it took a few months of carrying before it got soft enough to really carry well.

Thanks QueenoFfierce. I made a decision on Sunday. I am keeping the bag. I'm going to be more patient with her and try to get her to slouch over the summer. If I still don't like her at the end of the Summer/Fall I will try to sell her to get the Artsy I really wanted. I was modeling Soffi in the crook of my arm with my things in it and could just tell I would get tired of that during a day of shopping. I really want the shoulder strap option.

Does anyone have ideas about dressing this bag up? I feel like a bag charm would look strange because it would be on the side of the bag not the front.

I'm sticking with mine, too...I've mentioned before how long it took for my Delightful to break in and get that fabulous slouch, and I have hopes for this one! LOL

I have noticed that when I'm carrying it by the shoulder strap, if I completely remove the small handle it seems to fold in better!

One reason I'm keeping her is kinda silly, but it's because it's kind of nice being in the first club. It's fun having a first release of something rather than a piece people may have seen elsewhere. I have 3 LV pieces and all three were purchased when the item was released. They feel a little more special to me. I know it's silly, but it entertains me.

Carried mine today for the very first time and you'll never guess, trumanfinn. Glue residue on the upper seams near the strap attachments. What is going on?!?!?!

No way!

Ugh...I still haven't had a chance to have mine looked at, but I'm thinking I should have right away. The glue seems to have stopped seeping out (I'm not finding little balls and gobs of it anymore) but where it was around the threading it has stained the white threads and left them dirty looking. I had kind of forgotten about it until you mentioned it, so I guess it isn't a huge deal. LOL:p

Yeah? Did they say anything about it? Something that they've noticed or had any experience with? It's hard now that I don't have a regular SA, they are all very nice, but there are several who seem to be really clueless about everything. LOL

She was very interested in it. She thought maybe it was a glazing issue. It's hard to explain without pictures I think. She hadn't heard of it happening but I don't think Ross had too many to sell:shrugs: I would still get it looked at before too much time passes. You can go in and check out the NF ikat MM. ;)
