I personally think it’s an odd decision, but It probably allows them to make more of the bags if they don’t have to only cut the material to align one specific way?

I agree. I would have assumed that for a bag that's so hard to get, the quality control would be a lot better. Or maybe they figured people will buy it anyway ..so who cares

It might, if you decide to sell it. Make sure you keep the receipt around. Is it possible for you to get a gift receipt? I get it for all my bags since it's honored by LV and doesn't have my details printed on it.

If you intend on keeping forever I wouldn't worry, but if you think you may sell it in the future, I'd return. It's very odd, the person sewing it on would have seen it
