Look at my pictures in my post above your comment. Which one of the straps I posted the engraving on yours looks like?

It’s the second last picture. The strap engraving is the first one (top), like thick engraving not the neat thin one.

I am okay, but when I saw it home it looked like it’s a fake LV - with that engraving. But it was bought at the LV store. So hopefully it’s just a bad engraving and not fake

Well, the thick engraving one is the PM I received when ordering through LV website so that’s what they sent me. Looks authentic bag to me lol!
And the other one I just bought recently and that strap smells like cleaning product or something.

Okay cool! Thank you. Mine had no smell. It’s only a month old. it had some white spots like the one on your red bag, but it went away when I rubbed it. Looks like packing issue

Mmm mine is smooth, a year old but I've never seen any like this. Have you tried to smooth it out with your hand?

That would be a hard pass for me and I'd return. I kept a Favorite with wrinkling which was WAY less obvious than that, and it never relaxed. I sold it within 6 months.

Does anyone who owns the PM reverse not like the black leather handle? I love the reverse color scheme but somehow the black leather and high contrast really throws me off, I feel like it doesn’t complement the light brown reverse (would prefer a nice patina-ed vachetta).

Oddly, I love the black leather on my monogram Neo Noe, so maybe it’s the tone of brown on the reverse that bugs me with black?

I still love the bag and am keeping it, but putting a leopard bandeau on the handle to warm it up more...

What are y’alls opinions?

I think black is a classy contrast. I agree with pehtomi it gives more character to the bag. Plus it's low maintenance.

Some LV boutiques have an Instagram Page and they post items that they receive daily. You can try to follow them I’ve seen the Reverse PM available a handful of times in the last couple of weeks. Good Luck with your search.
