Hello all! Thank you in advance for all your help, as this is my first time posting. I recently bought a preloved Pochette Métis in the Empreinte creme from a lover buyer on Facebook. I have the receipt from the LV store where she purchased the bag back in May 2018. I have heard a lot about peeling glaze on the Pochette Métis, so I was hesitant to purchase but the price was right so I took the plunge. I’m no expert I’m bags, so I was looking for advise if this is normal wear and tear or a defect, as I know there have been a lot of problems with the PM. It just seems like sloppy work and a lot of the white is missing. Thanks!!

Weird question for you ladies. Will LV make a big deal of my constant returns for defective bag? I order online a lot but never really do returns. But since I have to do two returns within one month because of the defective reverse mono is it gonna cause any issues for me in the future ???
Hmmm, I don't think so. I have returned the same item more than once: my original PM Mono had a sticky zipper at the back and they took it in, no side comments/further questions. I took it back on the same week to exchange it for a Reverse Mono since they suddenly had it on stock. I guess it depends on the store and the CA assisting you? I was just lucky I chanced upon friendly CAs. I would still return it if you are not satisfied with the quality, either for an exchange or refund.
LOVE my PM w/ braided handle but have been searching daily for a PM reverse monogram to show up. Alas, I spotted one available online at LV in NY and the SA sent it to me pronto!! My excitement quickly evaporated upon opening this..... I'm not overly OCD but this print misalignment is severe. Anyone else receive one so "off?"
OMG guys! I finally got it! It popped up and then disappeared just as fast several times yesterday, but I finally managed to get it. The order just shipped and hopefully it will arrive here tomorrow. I'm so happy
