I feel so lucky! I have been stalking the reverse PM Metis (also the monogram one) several times a day for two months now from the EU website and never seen them place in cart. Yesterday I took my two vintage bags to repair at our only local store in Finland (the second time I ever visited the store). I normally prefer ordering on-line, no store near my home. I thought that I'd try on the black Metis in empreinte while I am there just in case I never get the reverse one. Never thought they'd have the reverse monogram in store. But they did! The SA said it is very rare that they have that there. Made in France last week of August and it is perfect! The SA said that since nowadays there are no waiting lists for anybody at our local store, it means that if you visit the store on the right day, you might be lucky! This bag is soo beautiful and practical. I still can't believe this happened! 
I'd like to know if this has been found in the UK too, I'm headed to London next month and wonder if I should try to get it there (cheaper due to VAT refund) or if I should buy in the US. Website shows only available in Nice, France right now, which I won't be anywhere near. Should I roll the dice and hope I stumble upon one?
I wouldn’t bank on it. I’ve been told several times by customer services that it’s sold out all over the UK and they don’t know when it will be back.
I will try to go and visit all LV stores as much as I can. That's what I did in Las Vegas and SFO last year but no luck. I managed to snag mine in Hong Kong - visited 6 of 8 stores so you never know. Just try if you can and you might get lucky.
I just got mine delivered yesterday. It is made in Italy and the strap has 5 holes.
Thank you both! I think what I'll do is try my luck over there (I'll be in Switzerland and London, plus flying out of Heathrow, so plenty of LV opportunities) and if I don't score one, I can always snag one back here. Really loving the reverse monogram.
I'm on Day 3 stalking the PM Mono on the website (I'm in EU) and it feels hopeless. I know many of you had luck doing this so that's the only reason why I keep going.
Stalking takes patience!! Sometimes you find things you want in no time. Other times it can take months. When you finally find it, it feels great!! Good luck and I hope you snag it sooner than later.
Thank you! I've been wanting this bag for over three years, visiting different LV stores in different countries with no luck. I thought it would be impossible to find it online and that's why I haven't been trying until now. So thanks to this thread I learned that stalking could pay off. Wish me luck
