Thank you for your reply. That's really interesting, it definitely looks like there are problems with European stock levels. Me too, I was really hoping I could get my hands on one before my birthday in August. I would also like to try on a Palm Springs mini backpack but like the pochette Metis, they never have any in store to try on, or online. Your English is fantastic! Good luck with your search. I know right! it's so frustrating. Me too I think I prefer the classic mono. I've never seen one in real life, every time I've been to London they don't have either in stock, same as the website. I quite like the Palm Springs mini backpack that's always sold out too, in store and online. Anyway I hope you find one asap, let us know how you get on. Fingers crossed for you. [emoji5]

Use it :smile: LV will stand by their products anyway. You need to start rocking it or else the beauty of your bag is wasted.
When I got mine, I used it straight away. I would rather find out the issues when it's still under a year old than later and LV will not fix it anymore for free.

I have to wonder if these bags are supposed to be perfectly aligned. So many of them seem to be off a little bit. LV has been aligning bags perfectly for years. I have a home sewing machine that can line up stitches and images. LV doesn't hand stitch bags in order to call them hand made.

If you look at the image of the mono PM on their website, the alignment of the flap is off on that one as well. I think if they wanted it it perfect, they could make it perfect. They can cut more pattern pieces if they accept things not lined up. That means more profit in their coffers.

I recently bought the pochette metis in marine rouge empreinte leather. I just noticed that the red glazing isn't the same color and thickness throughout the entire bag, for example one part of the strap is a really nice bright red (and thick) and the other shorter piece is more thin and has a darker tint of red. Does someone else have the same problem? Should I go back to LV and let them check this?

My other problem with the PM is that the flap can suddenly open even though I closed it properly. I started to notice this yesterday and first thought I did not close the lock properly. After carefully closing the lock again and again it would still open.

Does anyone know what LV is going to do with my problems?
