You can go to a LV store and ask to see if they can replace the handle for free . For this kind of money youre spending on a bag, you should receive nothing but perfection. Return it and try to get a flawless bag. Good luck .

It is definitely worth to try it. The bag is in a warranty. You should receive it in excellent condition, if not, replacement, repair or return is an option. Definitely ask LV to cover the cost of the repair. Good luck!

I bought online and had a scratch on mine a bit longer than yours. It should be in NEW undamaged condition. I returned the very next day. I ordered another from the store and it's great.

Hello everyone. So I was just stalking the LV website and was lucky enough to see the "place in cart" for mono PM. I purchased it and picked overnight delivery. For those who have choose overnight before how long did the order stay in the "pending order validation" phase? I read that it could take up to 36 hours. I hope my order goes through because once before I ordered the PM as well but later on they sent an email saying that they were not able to fulfill my order. Praying that its perfect thing time around.
