Weird, where did you buy from? Date stamp should be inside the exterior pocket? That's strange that it just says PARIS... shouldn't it be "MADE IN FRANCE" or USA? I'll wait for someone else to add to this [emoji848]
mine just came today. the date code is in the back pocket. mine also just says Louis Vuitton Paris, but the fabric tag inside says Made in USA
I bought it from the LV boutique in Neiman Marcus at La Cantera mall in San Antonio, TX. Thank you. I found the date stamp but I still feel uneasy about the "made in" stamp. If I ever want to resell it I don't want people thinking it's fake. I'll wait on more responses before making a decision whether or not to take it back.
Okay I found that. My SA told me that they are discontinuing this bag and mine is one of five left in the entire company for sale. Do you think that's why they left off the "made in" stamp?
my new pm arrived today. i happened to see it online and ordered last week. it looks fine to me, symmetrical enough and no visible issues. made in USA. i went through 2 PM's last year with glazing issues so i know what to look for now and just hope this one remains trouble-free! i didn't like this print initially but grew to like it from photos of others wearing it. already, it's so nice to be able to just touch the handle and not worry about lotion or what's on my hands. it's a nice twist on the classic canvas while still being classic-looking, i think. 
thanks to all of those people who modeled their reverse... seeing those pics made me like the print. any spots and specks are mine, it came in great condition. made the 9th week of 2017

did you locate a fabric tag inside? if it's made in the USA it will only have a fabric tag and the stitched plate won't say 'made in'

That is a very hard question. Me personally would probably keep it because of the long wait. But if it bothers you that much then by all means exchange it. These are very expensive bags not to be 100% happy with our purchases.

What should I look for with glazing?
I recently bought a PM IF. It seems ok
Your reverse looks terrific
I only have a few LV bags & slg's
I'm happy with them
just visually follow the glazing along the complete outer edge of the bag (and strap). it should be completely smooth with no visible nicks or chips. the place you really want to see smooth is the area where it hinges open, cuz that'll get the most wear/tear and where a lot of the original PMs had issues, around that curve. someone posted a black emp. PM a few pages back and it looked perfect. congrats on the IF, it's a bold choice
