Personal NO, its seems lots of people here have multiples of a style they really love like speedy to neverfull to evas etc, I mean you only need to go thru the clubhouse thread to see evidence og this, (esp the alma bb one, so cute! ) I know for me, if I really like a style of something I tend to buy multiples of different colors eg shoes or cardigans and even bags. For the Pochette Métis, I am really liking the empreinte but can't decide between black or red.. I plan on buying the black and testing it out and if I love it, will probably buy the red as well..
Also, I've noticed apart from the classics like speedy or neverfull etc, LV seem to not keep their models for long periods like they seem to in the past...
So I say go for it! Obviously there is something about Pochette Métis that works for you and your style! Best of luck!
Empreinte is taller and better in depth, Out of all the reverso and infarouge are least spacious !!!!
Canvas version vs the Infrarouge & Reverse is slightly bigger in width at least according to the website but the length and height are same. Interesting that I didn't see measurement specs for the Empreinte versions. They did add more Empreinte colors to the website though but they are all listed as "call for availability". I was at my regular store today but I didn't see any PM's on display so I figure they didn't have any.
the marine rouge was available on the (US) site today for close to 40 minutes. it was the only one. my thinking is that it's the color not as in demand as the others.
That's definitely interesting. Probably right. Seems like many really like the pale pink but my favs are the marine rouge and the noir.
I don't think three is too many if you really love the style. However, I do think it is overkill to have both reverse and mono. If you want 3, I would suggest 1)Infrarouge 2)mono or reverse 3)Empreinte, any color...this way you can justify all three, because they would all be different

I got the reverso as it catch my eyes, also for cross body smaller bag would look nicer !!!

Yes when the empreinte noir came in for me they brought out a mono to compare it to and for me there was no question. I said no to empreinte and waited for the mono and boy am I glad I did!! Love it!
