Same here! In fact i only became conscious of this flaws from this forum. I never knew that i had to scrutinize the bags for my enjoyment. Sometimes scrutinizing something just adds stress to my stressful life all
 
A while back I saw several people post that their MII PM bags had upside down LV's on the inside of the flap. Never have I seen one that was right side up MII until now!



Wow. That bag looks perfect. My mii pm had upside down monogram under the flap and dripped glazing on the strap. Monogram on the strap was off centered too. Definite return. Looks like they have a better person making the bags in Italy.
 
Does anyone have any peeling issues with the MIU? I recently purchased my PM at the end of June 2016. I honestly baby this bag. And have used it only a hand full of times. I was bummed to discover the peeling under the flap. It's not big maybe about a dime size. Called the 866 number they advised me to email them pictures, because I'm not fortunate enough to have a LV store near me. Still waiting for there response.

UPDATE: This is there response unbelievable. Definitely changing brands!!! No more LV for me. Lesson learned!

Wow... I guess they are doing this now with the number of issues and returns with this particular model, they have limited the reasons/issues where they can approve for a replacement. Can you post pictures of the peeling?

I don't see an issue with the response you received. It sounds like they cannot assess the issue just by looking at pictures submitted and suggest that you either send bag in or take it to the nearest store. Seems reasonable. What outcome were you expecting?
 
Can't wait to get my Pochette Metis this week most probably. I am waiting for my SA to call me. I loved all the pictures I saw in here. I hope I won't have issues with the glazing. I am going to be in this club soon !:biggrin::yahoo:
 
Finally joined but I can't help but worry about the potential issues...what do you guys think? [emoji27][emoji27][emoji27] also, can I see more pics of the bottoms of your bags. I just can't get over the mid-alignment but idk if it's just common/normal. Argh! First world problems...

I completely understand that they need to see the bag before going forward, but I didnt pay good money for them to say that they don't warranty the product. Especially if I've had the item for less than a month with the use of a handful of times. I can see if I've had the bag for years and this happened then I agree I would have to pay for repairs but not on a new bag. Im hoping for a reasonable outcome! I'm going to take a long trip to my nearest store to see what they say. But since I've had bad customer service since the beginning that's why I will no longer buy the brand!

But what you got us really just a canned response. They have people scrape their bags on brick walls and then expect LV to replace the bag. I truly feel all they are truly saying to you is "Send it in and let us look at it." They would be pretty foolish to make any guarantees before seeing it in their hands. I wouldn't assume they aren't standing behind their product based on an email like that.
