So sorry to hear that some of you are having quality issues with your PM's.
I got mine in april and so far, no issues. Mine is MIF.

I was thinking about getting a bagcharm for mine, does anyone have a bagcharm on their PM?
And if so, would you post pics?

Help me .. I purchased mine thru phone call on LV. Got it monday and when i checked it there's a little bit washed out on the right side of bag on the canvas.. So i send it back to them for an exchange. They received it today and told me that either they will refund it to me and just buy on store so i can inspect the bag personally, or they will send the same bag to me. The problem is they dont have stock in store right since all of us need to put our name on waiting list.. Dont know what to do.. [emoji17]
 
I hope they don't resell your bag to an unsuspecting customer. I think it would be best to wait until you can get one in person and inspect it thoroughly. It sucks that their quality is declining and this beautiful bag has non stop issues.

I talked to cs awhile ago, and i dont like her tone of voice.. She insist that my bag is totally fine.. And even said that if they give me another one it will be my last chance, if theres still an issue they will refund it to me. Im really upset, the way she talked to me. And i really want this bag.. Then i told her whats wrong with the bag and even send the pic of the washed out canvas zoomed in.. Thats the only time she realized and see what i am saying.. Then told me that there will be bags coming next week and they will send another one next week. But before that they said that it will take long .. [emoji30] we bought bags from LV because we want a high quality, it should be worth it..

I would just say wait for one in store. Where about are you located? You can always pay a full deposit in store and you'll get it quickly.

Im already paid. Im from Townsville and we dont have LV store here. I purchase one thru phone call, but theres an issue on the canvas.. They didnt notice it til i email the zoomed in picture.. They told me to wait til next week for an exchange.. Im just upset with how the cs talked to me before she saw the issue on the canvas.
 
Hi! I'm new to the forum. I just got my new PM last weekend. When I bought it in store, I got too excited and did not inspect the bag. Now that I'm looking at it, there is something wrong with the bottom stitches and they are also not aligned. Should I be concern about this? Any thoughts?

I completely agree with you! We pay the price for luxury and that's what we should get. I can let a few things slide but the faded logo on the canvas is a big NO NO. I hope you don't have to wait long. It's a beautiful bag and LV needs to get their quality team up to par.
