the wait is worth it ! i was on the waiting list for roughly 6 months or less and when I got it.... oh man.. the feeling I cant even express haha I still admire the bag, til this very day <3 forever my first love

Oh six months! Shoot I might buy something else before then! Lol I really hope it does not take that long. Waiting is not one of my strong points so I'll keep the faith that she's coming!

I put my name on the waiting list in the New Orleans
store last Monday. She said it should be about 4 weeks if I wanted the bag sent to me directly or "a little longer" (4-6weeks?) if I wanted to come in to the store to
look at the bag before I decide to purchase. I opted for the second choice so I can look it over in person and put it on my Saks card to get the points. She said they will call me when it arrives and will hold it for 48 hours for me. How long have you been waiting?

Gorg bag! Did you all have to downsize what you normally carry quite a bit to the point that this bag is not a " daily driver"?
I couldn't use this as my daily bag as I normally carry a hobo style bag. I have to downsize, but not by a great deal. I normally wear my bags on the weekends and am considering carrying my Pochette Metis on my upcoming trip to Vegas. I haven't decided yet as I don't want to ruin the Vachetta by getting it dirty or wet.

I'm not an expert on LV coated Monogram canvas, but I do have a company that makes furniture. On some leathers and almost all coated canvas/fabrics, needles have to punch through the material. Thick/sturdy thread + heavy fabric = larger needles. Therefore, stitches are often noticeable, but not considered a flaw. I also think it's probably more noticeable when the welt is canvas, as opposed to leather. (Leather is more supple and the canvas doesn't have any stretch or movement).

Just my not-yet-well-LV-educated two cents!

Great bag, by the way. [emoji4]

Yea i see what you mean, im sure its normal. I was just helping a fellow tpf'er and trying to see if other people's PM had the same kind of stitching.
