Since my workhorses Neverfulls are taking a rest during the weekend, my Métis joins me to do some grocery shopping today 
I did today. I have to pay $90 to reglaze the entire bag. I was hoping it would be comped but apparently my bag is too old

The other stores in my area are in department stores, I thought I would’ve had better luck at the standalone store

Hey guys! I just bought this PM in reverse last week, and it’s a beaut! The alignment is not super perfect, maybe like 1mm off, but I guess being handmade, I shouldn’t fuss so much about it 
HOWEVER, is it normal for the bag to tilt forward? Especially when it’s empty, sometimes it falls forward unless I adjust it in a way so it doesn’t fall. When I fill it up, it’s better, but I have to fill up the middle slot with heavier stuff, in order for it to stand well. If I fill the last slot, it might tilt to the front. (Attached pictures) Are yours the same? And is it normal to see some stitching (picture 5)?
I don’t know whether it’s the forum making me extra picky or what lol. But I also don’t wanna go over to the store and complain about minor things about the bag, even though the bag costs a bomb ugh. And the glazing of the bag seems good in my opinion, I don’t wanna risk getting another bag that’s worse! Lol. Really appreciate your input, thanks!
