So I trekked down to the store today to inquire about the felice pouchette in monogram and the sa said none there, didn’t expect more, and they were being phased out. Was this just a tactic to sell me another bag, or is it true? Cause I really want one and am sad.

I haven’t heard any news about them being phased out, but you can always call customer service and ask

Hi everyone. I just received my first LV piece today, a Felicie. I noticed there’s a dent in the middle, above the button.

Is this normal? And more importantly is there any way I can fix this? I would hate to have to exchange. Thank you.

Hi I can say with confidence I think this was used. I had one previously and it never looked this out of shape definitely return!

You could try stuffing it, but I dont think it's normal for the bag to come like that. Could also be from improper storing at the store/warehouse

I haven’t called them yet. Or I should say, called back. I tried once and was on hold for awhile and hung up. I’ll try again this week and report back.

Just to share my mono FP with the mono strap. I have added a third party chain for fun and hang the key pouch. I do think it looked so pretty

Can I ask where you purchased your chain? I bought this bag from fashionphile at a great price in excellent condition but it didn't come with the strap. I figured I could pick one up separately.
