Hii! I have the felicie in rose ballerine. I haven’t used it all that much but there are stains on it from i guess from my jeans. does anyone know how to clean it? i haven’t used this forum is ages so i’m not sure if I’m allowed to post this here but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. My Twice has a similar button. May even be the same one. I took it into my boutique and they sent it off to be replaced. It was $60 at the beginning of this year.
I'm glad you posted this info about your Twice. My Twice has a pretty deep scratch on the button and I'd like to have it replaced. Glad to know that the cost is reasonable. How long did it take do get your bag back? The Twice is probably my most used crossbody, so I'd hate to be without it for too long.

Maybe four weeks? Can’t remember. But word of warning is that the new one still had a scratch. Not nearly as noticeable as the old one but when I points out to the ca she said the all buttons arein a jar and they just pull one out. So they tend to get scratched by the other buttons.

I've heard the same thing elsewhere in the forum about the buttons being in a jar. I don't need perfection at this point, but the scratch i'm dealing with is more of a full-on gouge, so anything would be an improvement!

Hi! I recently purchased the Felicie Pochette (from the LV website) and the date code indicates that it was made in Texas. But there is no tag inside of the bag that says “made in USA of imported materials”. Is it supposed to have this tag on all bags made in the US? I’m wondering if this is strange

From what I have heard the new made in USA purses will not have the cloth tag that says “made in USA of imported materials”. Did it have the textile paper stating made “made in USA of imported materials”
