I have an Epi Felicie, made in France, and there is a slight gap in the clasps of my chain as well. However, I haven't had any issues with them coming unhooked or snagging on anything. I could see it maybe becoming a problem if you wore a top with an open/looser weave design, but I'm not particularly concerned about it since I don't wear many tops like that.View attachment 4814867

Thanks for posting the picture. Yes, your clasps also have a slight gap.
I guess it is like the CA said, IT's THE DESIGN.
Now, I'm thinking maybe I should have kept it.
I hated for my CA to lose the sale!

Just received the Felicie in monogram in the mail today. I noticed both sides are misaligned but the bottom looks ok. Is this typical or should I get it exchanged? Thanks!

Since both of the canvas elements have a thickness of their own and they need to be following the curvature of the corner, it is just simple geometry: it can never be perfectly aligned. More material is needed to cover the outer curv, so when it arrives up to the sides, it will be a few millimetres behind the inner canvas. And considering this, your bag has an exceptionally good alignment. Mathematically only one of the sides can be aligned perfectly on a piece like this. The bottom on yours is perfect, I would be very happy to have a Felicie like this.

Thanks that totally makes sense!

Hello! I’ve decided on buying a Felicie, but am having a hard time deciding between the galet or turtledove. Are they basically the same color? If not is one more grey-toned than the other? I would prefer a more grey undertone if possible. Currently I have noir and marine rouge empriente pieces, but nothing in epi.
Has anyone found that one is more prone to color transfer in the light colors versus the other? I don’t have a LV store near me to look in person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

I have the Felicie in Galet, I posted some pictures a few pages back if you need a reference. I have seen the turtledove (I think it was previously called Tourterelle), but I haven't looked at the two colors side-by-side. But from what I can recall, Turtledove is a little darker and warmer in tone than Galet. The Galet has a cooler undertone, so I'm thinking that's going to be closer to what you are looking for.

Hi everyone! I am trying to decide between black empreinte or rose poudre empreinte Felicie. For those that have it in rose poudre, have you experienced any color transfer or stains from clothes such as jeans? I really love the light pink color, but I am afraid of color transfers.

I also noticed that the LV website has not had the Felicie (in the colors that I mentioned above) in stock for awhile :( I am trying to get my hands on one before the price increase.

Thank you! Galet it is! Did you buy yours recently? I noticed their out of stock on the website. I‘m just wondering if it pops up regularly, or if I need to stat stalking the website! thank you

I purchased mine in the very beginning of March before stuff starting shutting down, but I bought it in-store. It seems like a lot of stuff has gone out of stock online since Covid hit, so you might have better luck checking in the boutiques if you have one near you.

Thank you. Unfortunately there’s no boutiques within a 3.5-4 hour drive for me. I will call CS, and start stalking the website. :)
