I have seen azur change color a bit with time (but also with use). There is a post somewhere on here discussing this and suggesting a cleaning product that worked wonders on getting it back to the original cream/white (I think from loving my bags)!

I just got a nm pochette and am planning to order a cross body vachetta strap from mcraft! Based on the mcraft listings (ebay, etsy) and measuring the strap that comes with the bag, it seems that a 10mm version is suitable. I like a thin strap and saw that mcraft has a 7mm version, but it is recommended for the mini pochette. I like a thin strap but also dont want it to be too flimsy. thoughts??

Allllso, I can't decide on adjustable vs fixed. I prefer the clean line look of a fixed length strap, not to mention the fact that it is a bit cheaper, but the flexibility of the adjustable model is nice.

Let me know if you guys have any wisdom or input!

This is the perfect on-the-go bag. I love mine. I don't put it in any of my speedys as a catch-all just because I use samorga organizers but that's a good idea as an alternative for organization. This is probably the most practical bag to run errands with. Out of all of my bags, I reach for my pochettes the most just because they hold just enough and are so comfortable on the shoulder . Not to mention, you can get a crossbody strap and they become the most comfortable crossbody you'll ever wear. I use one of my Palm Springs mini backpack straps with my DE pochette and it's beyond comfortable. As for the price, it's worth it for how long it'll last you. Keep it
Thanks for your feedback! I did keep the pochette and am enjoying it a lot. I sometimes use my bandouliere strap from my Speedy 25 on the pochette either as a shoulder or crossbody bag. Works great! I also bought a 20" chain from Mautto with similar looking "LV" hooks and use that as I think it looks pretty (like the mini pochette with chain does) and the pochette with the chain also more easily slips into my Speedy 25. On that note, I find the pochette works really well inside my Speedy as an "organizer." The pochette always has my phone, wallet, keys & glasses in it (so always ready for a quick on the go bag). My Speedy then just has my pochette, a small cosmetic bag, a purse size umbrella and anything else I need for the day. I love how the pochette has simplified my Speedy instead of a mess of stuff. Sure, I could have found a cheaper pouch alternative but what fun is that?!

I think I wasn't aware what the proper color should be. Mine is creamy white. I thought it should be lighter. I guess I just need to hit LV and see what the damier azur looks like in person. The pochette I purchased looks like it has never been used. It still had the japanese LV product pamphlet with it from 2007.

Hello. Has anyone had issue with colour transfer from a Damier Ebene bag on a DA pouchette if you use it as and organiser/catchall. I have DE bag and just want to know if I get a DA pouchette should I avoid letting the new DA loose in the DE bag?

My friend put her azur mini pochette in her damier ebene speedy and it turned the pochette corners slightly red. One way around this is to put a bag organizer in. You can have one made by samorga and request that the middle insert be attached by Velcro so that you can completely remove it. Then you'll still have your bag as spacious inside and a lovely felt organizer that will protect your pochette from color transfer :)

For rmwinn: If it were me, I would just go for the fixed length. Somehow, it might look like there is too much going on with an adjustable strap for the size of this bag. I have a small Dooney that is about the same size as this pochette, and the strap is adjustable. I don't care for it. Seems like it is bulky, or just too much strap.

What is a LV product pamphlet? LV bags don't come with any pamphlets.
