The perennial dilemma - PHW or GHW with a neutral Kelly?

I'm terrible about taking pictures, but hope this helps. It's not that I don't think the GHW would be pretty with GA, it's simply that I much prefer PHW for myself.

For many colors I think it is just a question of preference and what would fit your wardrobe best. For this color though, I think gold hw brings warmth and depth to it, whereas phw does make it look a tad dull and like, well, the asphalt that gives it its name...

Concede your point. However, I like the dull cement quality of phw bc it’s more modern and casual, kind of industrial And in line with my personal overall aesthetic. Since OP isn’t a hw purist and already voiced an aesthetic preference for ghw, I look forward to her reveal or action shots with whatevr makes her heart sing !

Totally, I thought of that later, that I should have added, nothing at all wrong with dull asphalt if that’s what you are going for!

What I meant to say is that this is a color where the hardware makes more of a difference than for others.
