Thanks! No, I got that a few months ago.
A US size 7 is a 54, 8 is 56, and 8.5-9 is 58/59 approximately. It's not exact because there isn't an exact conversion which can be pretty confusing!
I looove your rings! I really want the multistand silver band with the flecks of gold.

Which is your favourite? Which do you wear the most?

Hi guys! I need some expertise!

I myself am new to pandora since christmas and already almost have a full first bracelet! But I still don't know that much about pandora even though I'm a huge fan I'm still learning :)

My family owns a restaurant and one of our employees has been a close family friend and dedicated employee for 25 years! She is turning 50 this year! She always wanted a pandora but could never afford it she is raising her family and they get every extra penny she is so sweet. We decided to get her a bracelet and some of her closest friends and other employees everyone is going to get her a meaningful charm!

I am thinking from the restaurant we will get her a bead that represents loyalty somehow. But it will be a regular pandora not essence. Do you guys have any ideas of beads that would represent loyalty? Or other good charm ideas?

Thank you guys!!!!

This is such a lovely thoughtful gift and she will love it for sure. I can't think of any charms they may represent loyalty but the two tone flower charm with "Love" on would be nice, or a pave sparkly charm. The golden nightingale would be nice to say how much you treasure her, or the silver treasure chest charm. Alternative the pixie would be nice too.

Great idea!! I love the idea of showing her how much we treasure her.

I was for sure looking into one of the pave charms maybe a heart those are so beautiful and stand out so much!

Thank you for your help!

Thanks! Me too. My favourite is the perfect posies, with the gold flowers and diamonds  But I wear the one you mentioned most, it's gorgeous, goes with everything and so comfy to wear! I love the look of the pearl one, but the pearl is set really high so it knocks into everything. I only wear it sometimes. :smile1:

Umm It's quite hard to find a charm representing loyalty. I can only think of a charm called the pandora icon dangle charm has the pandora logo and on the back of the charm
you can have it inscribed with numbers or words would make it very personal to your
employee. You guys are so thoughtful she must be a gem of a lady. With that thought
maybe a charm with a small diamond with stars. There is a two tone charm that has stars
and diamond It's rather expensive so depends on the budget. Sorry I'm not much of a
help.

Getting a charm inscribed is a great idea!!! Is there only a few charms that you can get engraved? That would be a great idea!

I also love the diamond idea, we want it to be special and I'm not sure about the budget on my families end but that's an option! I love two tone charms I only have one and it's so special so I am def thinking of a two tone as an option!

I also wanted to update on my new charms!

I got myself the white effervescence charm. I did not like having only one murano I felt it was uneven so I'm much happier with two! And it looks so beautiful with the white looking glass!

I also got the lucky elephant which I think is so adorable, and the serendipity charm!

Now I'm going to be on hold till I loose ten pounds and get the light as a feather charm.

I need to stop buying so many charms! I got my bracelet for christmas it hasn't even been a month haha!

Wow I like it! the ruby red is very striking really makes the whole bracelet pop. You have done well to almost complete your bracelet in less than a month you are definatelty a addict! Welcome to our world :D. There's not many charms that can be inscribed that pandora has really. Only the one I mentioned that has enough room and space at the back of the charm and is blank for that purpose. There are graduation charm which can be
inscribed but not appropriate. The other bead I mentioned is called the two tone flower power bead. I have the bead and I always thought they were stars????. few of the flowers have a diamond centre and some have a gold centre. it's retired in the uk. Is on sale £49 was £100. Not sure how much it is in US.
