Anyone have experience with a broken bracelet? just found mine broke this am... just wore it last night too!

Obviously going into Pandora today, it was a gift, so i don't have a receipt. I have not dealt with them before in regards to any problems with products.

I have a pic will upload later and update on how it's handled.

Yeah I agree, we would like to know.
I still can't believe it can actually break :O makes me worried about mine cause I wear it 24/7 even when I sleep (though it's not recommended). What kind of pandora bracelet is yours? Is it the essence beaded bracelet? cause seems to me that's the one that might get broke...
Edit: Mine is the regular bracelet.

Honestly, hard to describe it better to show which i will. They will repair it, no cost BUT it'll take 6-8wks!

Even my dh was like um, how much is another bracelet lol to be that long without it?? So i got a new basic bangle it's different still trying to get a feel for it, i want my clips on it but i think i need some sort of rubber stopper?

So end result they handled it fine but the turnover time is a bit of a letdown... if you don't own other bracelets as a backup(which i did not, till now lol)

Phew! Am glad they are taking taking care of you. For the bangle your store can give you two rubber stoppers that go underneath clip, free. They will enable the clips to be used on the bangle.

ah, okay i was looking at those in my catalog lol Going to go back tomorrow.. i really wasn't sure whether i wanted them on a bangle or not but i do.. otherwise i chime to much.

I had been waffling on a bangle to take off the more seasonal charms(mittens, gingerbread etc) but i suppose this was a nudge to do so quicker than i was planning.

Glad they are taking care of it, don't get me wrong but basically the whole summer without it? nah. not happening.

No mine is the silver lobster claw, i only wear it when i go out rarely at home due to the nature of my lifestyle.. it's pretty babied i was definitely surprised as i just wore it last night and it was fine.

Just curious, how many charms did you have on the bracelet when it broke? and what size is it? Did you wear it tight to your wrist, or loose?
I'm really worried about mine now, as I wear it to sleep every night.

Unfortunately, it can break... Every piece of jewelry that is stiff like that can break. One of the ways to avoid that is to make sure it is never completely full because that makes it even stiffer. I don't wear mine to sleep, in the shower, etc. but I wear it quite often.

I went to the store yesterday, got the starry heart openwork charm (totally in love with it ) and the star spacer. Now I can't wait for that upcoming sale, the girl at the store confirmed that the soon to be discontinued items will be on sale.

I went to the store yesterday, got the starry heart openwork charm (totally in love with it ) and the star spacer. Now I can't wait for that upcoming sale, the girl at the store confirmed that the soon to be discontinued items will be on sale.

Thanks for the advice! Luckily I personally don't fancy a completly full bracelet cause I like the fact that charms got some little space to slide around my bracelet lol.

And and I like the starry heart openwork charm very much, I was thinking about getting one myself it's been on my wish list the whole time xD Think I just haven't got it yet only cause the others that I got seemed to match better.
