I never had Pandora one's, and I think they charge 5 or 10 dollars. I get mine at Michael's.

It's $5 ...but worth it ...it cleans really well, I even use it on my Tiffany jewelry...

Re. the cloth, I guess it depends on the country then. Where I live (in Serbia) you get them for free, if they have them in the store at the moment.

I've gotten a free cleaning cloth from Pandora before that worked really well. I recently bought a cleaning cloth from my local Pandora store for £3 - this is much much bigger than the free cleaning cloth I got before.

(Also, I'm now storing my Pandora/Chamilia in ziploc bags with anti-tarnish tabs...)
