New pink clip and charm pink dangle I'm happy with my bracelet![]()
Im thinking about starting a Pandora bangle but don't want it completely full. Can you buy stoppers to stop the charms from moving around?
Wow I love how you have put these two brands together! Your bracelet looks so gorgeous, I want it haha! So original.
It is beautiful! It must sparkle lovely too.
Well Tabitha, I am with you on the recycling theme issue with Pandora charms. They are becoming very boring to me. I have only bought two charms in the last eight months, the Galaxy charm with clear cz and one Abstract charm with gold cz. I haven't attended any promotions where I can get a free bracelet; there is no incentive for me to buy more charms. The themes are repetitive, the cz overuse is annoying and cloying and the age bracket for their target audience is becoming lower and lower.I have just had a look at the Spring 2015 preview on Charms Addict and I have to say that I think the charms so far are mediocre. They are all so bling and the themes are naff. I don't know about anyone else but I am sick of flowers, hearts and butterflies with pave. These are so unoriginal. There are some okay charms in the hobbies collections but none I would actually buy! I don't want to offend anyone and I can see the appeal of some of the charms in the Disney collection, but would many adults wear a lot of disney theme charms on their bracelets? The dangle dolls are particularly awful. Oh dear, where are the classic two tone elegant and original charms. Is Pandora running out of ideas and just making every charm with pave bling? What do others on here think?
Wanted to share my pandora bracelets with you guys since you all posts such lovely pictures of your collections.
Besides from the bracelets and charms I also have a thing for the pandora rings. Love the ringuponring idea and love to stack the rings in different ways. View attachment 2867593View attachment 2867594View attachment 2867595View attachment 2867597View attachment 2867598

That's what I worry about since I know how fickle I was about fashion and style when I was in my early teens. I have 17 bracelets and I don't enjoy them as much as I used to because I feel like Pandora's star is ready to fade and I am worried that I have invested so much money and time in them over the last 8 years and their value will decrease. I hope they have a change of heart soon. I liked a lot of the older styles, not because I'm older but because they were interpretive not so in-your-face specific plus many had real gems in them not those bl00dy cz's. You could have a charm that represented a special event or time without it saying so on the charm which is why I prefer charms like the Galaxy charm.
I am also starting to resent the frequency of retiring charms. Pandora is not letting their customers build their bracelets thoughtfully but more out of desperation that they might get retired. It seems like a cash grab to me. In the last year I have bought other brands of jewelry and am happy with them. I wear them in combination with Pandora.
Well, that's the end of my rant. I don't mean to offend anyone who is still star struck by Pandora or new converts to the brand.
I too like the older collections better. For starters, I don't like dangling charms, and there are more and more of those. Am I the only one who prefers the first letters (in two-tone), over the more recent triangle-shaped letters, over the newest hanging letters?
I agree with what was said regarding CZ. Although having a few might be nice, I'd rather have pink saphires or real diamonds.

I wouldn't mind getting a couple of white Muranos to complement my new white Coach watch. It is a great watch for summer and a bracelet with white Muranos and a dash of gold would look lovely imo.I've been thinking about the heart clasp bracelet and I like it a lot. I want one but don't want to start another bracelet. I do have spare charms but I feel like if I get a new bracelet, I want new charms too for it! How bad is that?! I think I will buy it at some point but not right now. I would love some white muranos on it with a few clear cz charms (not the pave ones), and some two tones and dangles. Maybe if my numbers come up in the lotto this weekend I can buy it all!!!! Haha!!: )
