Hi ladies.. Question, does anyone know approximately how long it takes for a bracelet to stretch?
I'm almost 8 months pregnant and my 17cm bracelet is too tight. So I'm looking into an 18cm one... But don't want to get it if my bracelet will stretch in like a week or two. (I should also add that I gain weight super fast now lol)
I was recently pregnant and made the mistake of changing my bracelets from 18cm to 19cm because my wrist were slightly swollen. Even though I knew my wrist would return to normal, I couldn't wait. It only took two weeks for my swelling to go down and now all my bracelets are too big. I've only had one bracelet ever stretch to a different size, the others only have loosened up with wear. No specific time frame though. Hope any of that helps!

Instead of changing your bracelet, you could get a leather cord and knot it. It would be cheaper, and you could use it later as a necklace.

Mine never streched so going for an 18cm might be a good idea as you can wear it in the post pregnancy period. From one pregnant lady to another, good luck! :smile1: i am due in one week.

:yahoo: CONGRATULATIONS!! omg im so excited for you! i hope your hubby as bought you your push present! LOL

i will be getting the 18cm bracelet to wear and that way after i give birth and get back to my size (praying i do) i can pass it onto my mom! hopefully this happens before mothers day.. as that is what im wanting to get her! of course it would be from her first grandchild

thank you for that suggestion! im not a fan of any cord or leather type jewelry just yet.. its only because when i wash my hands, i dont like the feeling of a wet bracelet. thank you again tho!

I got the signature of love ring and the twotone heart to heart ring. I love them so much. I've been wearing since I got it friday and when I had to take them off for work today my finger felt so weird/naked without them. Lol.
