:D Sometimes I think why not take the plunge and buy all the charms on my wishlist but I know that the day after I did that there would just be more charms that I would want.

Here's a question for all of you: what does your SO think of your obsession/passion for these little pieces of glass, stone and silver? Does he/she think you're nuts? Is he/she understanding? Or at least compassionate?

My DH knows I like to wear bracelets but beyond that I think he's a bit oblivious.

It's a tricky one, for sure! I've dithered and lost out on so many things over the years, but equally get frustrated when I buy something that is later discounted! :O I also agree that, the minute you think, "Just one more charm/bag etc will complete my collection", another one fills its spot! ;-)

I've just realised that I haven't done ANY reveals, photos etc of my little (but growing!) collection! I've even bought a few sale items for my daughters' future bracelets! :-[ Needless to say, my DH lives on a "need to know" basis - and he certainly didn't need to know about the purchase of my very special charm earlier this year ... ;-)

The large implosion flower beads are by a glass artist in Canada who sells on Etsy and ebay with the company name Ikuyoglassart. https://www.etsy.com/shop/ikuyoglassart
Her beads fit on Pandora bracelets as well as Troll, although she doesn't have any listed in her shop at the moment. I think she will do custom beads if you ask. I really love her beads!

Another glass artist that someone on this list recommended a while back is Lion's Paw Jewelry. https://www.etsy.com/shop/lionspawjewelry and on ebay at http://www.ebay.com/sch/lionspawjly...e=STRK:MESELX:IT&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
She does some really pretty flowery lampwork beads that fit on Pandora bracelets.

There are other glass artists on Etsy who sell lovely hand-made beads for Pandora bracelets. They can be hard to find because Pandora won't let them use the name "Pandora" in their descriptions. So you need to search for "European charm" and "universal core" (universal core is the name for big hole bead charms) or "big hole beads" and "lampwork."

A lot of these artists are Dutch. Such as this lady who makes exquisite beads:
https://www.etsy.com/shop/DutchBeadsNMore?page=1
She makes both Troll and Pandora-compatible beads described as "universal core" but you have to ask if she doesn't have any on display.

There have been handmade beads I've bought on Etsy that were described as fitting on Pandora bracelets but when I got them I found that they didn't. They didn't fit over the threaded end caps. So I recently splurged and bought a Trollbead bracelet. It's nice being able to enjoy both kinds of bracelets. Although it does hurt the pocketbook. ;)

Thank you for the links, it looks very beautiful. I never bought other artists charm, and they do look unique and different. I will try it :graucho:

Getting everything on my wish list all at once seems like a faraway dream so I content myself with one at a time, savoring the 'slowly but surely' path. ;)

I sometimes catch DH looking curiously at my bracelets. He is vaguely aware that these are expensive and I like to keep it that way lol. I'm sure he thinks I'm nuts but wouldn't dare cross me. I once asked if he's ok with my little luxuries and he just said 'well, it's your money so you can spend it however you like.' I'm counting that as supportive! :D

Seriously, if you think about how much that full bracelet on your arm is worth you would probably faint. LOL!

I just wear it and don't think about it, then I would be afraid to wear it!

ITA - I had a two-tone bracelet stolen and when I added up all the beads for the insurance claim I almost passed out. Thankfully it was 100% covered...enough to get a full gold bracelet plus some charms!!!

I think I am going to go to the store soon and just look lol I feel bad not buying something but I will let them know I am just looking. There are so many new beads out that I could just go crazy buying lol

LOL my husband looks at me like I have lost my marbles lol I have a small table in my living room that I like to pull up to the couch at night and arrange my bracelets on, and every time my husband sees me pulling it over he looks at me with his eyebrows up and a kind of 'you're crazy' look in his eyes lol He asked me once how I can spend so much time looking in the books and on the internet and playing with the same beads all the time, so I told him 'well, I do get bored and that's why you have to let me buy more beads!' lol He didn't find that as logical as I did.

So, he tolerates my Pandora addiction and he has said that he thinks they really are nice bracelets, but he could care less as long as I don't spend our savings on it lol
