I read some posts on this website today and 34% of the people asked, said Pandora is a fad already long passed. And some people were saying that they would not wear it because it's no longer trendy. I find that funny, how so many people only do things if it's trendy and popular. I love Pandora and plan on wearing mine for as long as I love it! I read anyways that Pandora sales massively increased last year, and I seem to remember reading on charms addict that they are making records sales too, so I would think it's still extremely popular. It's disappointing to see people who are slaves to the opinions of others.
Wow, where are these people even coming from? Even if the point was to be 'trendy' (and to me, at least, that's as far from the point as it could get), I'm seeing more and more people wearing Pandora bracelets. And with the crowds at every store all the time, especially during promotions? Where do these people live; under a rock?

And anyway, the whole point of Pandora is not to keep up with the Joneses!

I know, this is exactly what I thought. I just never knew how many people wear stuff only because it's trendy at the moment. Just crazy really.

I for one love pandora, been lurking on this thread for a while. I like it because its personal and not necessarily trendy. I used to do juicy couture charm bracelets and nominations slilver link bracelets. At first I wasnt a big pandora fan, but then I saw the possibilities of what you can put together and decided to get back into the customization game.

For myself, Im still trying to decide what my next one will be, my fav sports team Mets charm bead or a safety chain.

This is interesting. I think Pandora was kind of a fad a few years ago. I know I saw a lot more people wearing it then. But its a brand that survived that phase and continues to be very popular, mostly becasue they've expanded and evolved their styles over time while holding on to their base and their quality. Not many brands survive past the fad stage.

Trend or no trend.
I love pandora and have been for years.
I will love and wear them forever.
Since every bead and charm have a special meaning and memory for me i see my bracelet as a reflection of my life.

I really agree with what you said. Even if others say it's not trendy anymore, I like Pandora and its concept. I'm actually getting quite addicted! :D
