Thanks! I wanted also to attach another photo of my bracelet with a safety chain on yesterday, but my laptop played me up, so I couldn't do it then. I hope I am lucky this time today. Looks like I have joined the pic marathon now. Cheers!

forgot to ask you, what size is your bracelet? it's full now and i remember you said you also have a small wrist?:p my two full ones all 18cm, and i have a small wrist, but both have 2 muranos.
 
Quick question:

Have any of you had bad customer service experience in a store? If so, what did Pandora do to rectify it? In July I had a terrible experience and it's been fixed but I'm curious about the difference in what they do for customers from store to store or state to state.

I had a bad experience a couple weeks ago with a new sales person I've never seen before. I contacted Pandora and still have gotten no response. So my situation has not been rectified and probably won't be!
 
Aloha ladies I'm new here I wanted to join the club since I just got my Pandora hopefully I will filled mine sooner or later I started with 4 beads 2is 14k gold 1 is two tone and 1 silver and I love the fact that they do have a variety of selection and I felt that I'm in the candy store:-) and I did choose the 14k bracelet since I do wear more gold most of the time, I hope you guys like it and Thank you for letting me share:-)

My husband had atrocious customer service last month when shopping for an anniversary charm and I complained to them on Facebook and through their 'contact us' email address. Within a two weeks I had a response. Someone from their Facebook page helped me first then handed me off to corporate and then to the person who runs this district and then today I spoke with my local manager. After apologizing she reassured me that everything was done to fix the problem. Then she said I had a package from Pandora at the store and to pick it up at my leisure. My husband picked it up. It was a charm and a lovely card from the store manager.

It's the Happy Anniversary heart charm

It is very strange, the administrator of this Forum has erased my Chinese post:(.

Anyway, yes, because I am Chinese too::). Surprise surprise. Also my bracelet is 17cm. Just a little bit shorter than yours. And now my bracelet is full, it is not tight tho, and actually quite comfortable to wear. The shop assistant did tell me that the bracelet will be relaxed a bit over some wear, but it won't be stretched any longer. :smile1:

That's a shame about your Chinese post. I guess they didn't know what it meant and that was why they erased it.

Lovely bracelet! Did they give you the anniversary charm or did your husband order it for you?

I do find that some Pandora staff are very stuck up and full of themselves.

They gave me the Anniversary charm. It was in a box attached to a tiny little pillow and wrapped in pandora wrapping paper and inside a bag with tons of tissue paper and with it the store manager gave us a hand written card.

Wow, that's what I call customer service! Lucky you. That was very generous amd kind of the manager. The managers at my local Pandoras are miserable and unhelpful! Bet that made your day. : )

I actually came directly from Pandora, the manager had nothing to do with it besides the card with the apology. But I was glad to have the situation handled.
