For the cat, under his paws, that is the crescent and is not the heart shape. Also the stamp on mine is very close to the edge of the side of the paws.

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to Pandora. I've been collecting charms for a little over a year now. I'm really not satisfied with my bracelet right now. Can anybody help me out?

I used to have the muranos right after the spacers, but everything seemed a little too tight. Also, the bear I have wasn't on the bracelet builder. It's the Bear My Heart charm with the gold heart.

I personally don't like spacers cause I think they make the bracelet look like its just running along with no eye cathing beads. I think maybe that is what you are not liking. Right now you have 3 beads, on both sides of your swan, and they are all about the same size and, when you line them up like this, they just blend into eachother.


I would try moving the carousel and the bear, and put them between your clips and your spacers. And then move the leaf and the knot (? not sure what that one is called) to the other side of the dnagles you have. That would disperse the beads more so that each bead catches your eye when you look at the bracelet.


Just my thought anyways. It is lovely the way it is too. I love your picks. I have been thinking of getting the carousel cause its so detailed and cute!

I've actually had enough now and have emailed Perlen saying my charm hadn't arrived and won't be arriving, and that they need to send me another. I am waiting for their response but somehow I don't think they will be replying until Monday. I wonder if they will just ignore me and make it difficult to get anything back? I'm really angry now.

I feel for you Tabitha. I didn't want to share my story on here cause everyone seemed to be down about their bad online experiences but I will tell you that I just sent back some horribly fake beads I got from ebay. I bought 4 muranos at ridiculously cheap prices and well, I should have known better. They got to me and they were all different sizes and all the stamps were different, one blurry, one missing the S, one crooked. I could not believe somebody would even TRY and pass them off as real. I should have taken pictures to show you ladies cause you guys would have laughed really lol AND I waited 3 weeks for those fake muranos. 3 WEEKS! I am still so disappointed to even actually be angry.


At least you know you are waiting for something real. That probably doesn't help but lol don't worry cause I am sure Perlen knows that power of satisfying a Pandora client. They know you are a repeat customer when pleased and hopefully they are gonna rectify the situation.

Its been a long road really , age 11 my daughter went to a large state school comp which had limited funding and resources. She got very bullied and pushed around for being academic or a swot as they say she got very sad and depressed. It started when teachers would sit her next to naughty kids or less abled ones in hope she could tutor/help them and hopefully would inspire them to do better. This had opposite effect kids resented her. So I went back to full time work to help fund private schooling 6 years on shes a happier more confident child. Ohh the things we do for our kids eh??? But their worth it

You sound like a wonderful mother! To go back to work and fund a private school is really something. My daughter is starting kindergarten in September and I worry a lot because I was teased so much as a child until I got into grade 3 and made a few friends. But before that was rough and I hate hearing about kids being bullied because at that age it means so much to them. But good for your daughter, I hope she keeps building her confidence and its such a great story to hear what you did for her. She will be better for it.

I think violets cat looks like suzzana's cat from a few pages ago they both seem to have that cheekier grin if you get what I mean I'm not say Pandora genuine waving cat looks miserable but violets and suzzana's look happier ???

Thought that I would share my wonderful surprise with you ladies. Today is my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend, and when I took my bracelet out to put it on today I noticed he had added a new addition to his section of my bracelet - the moss charm It's significance is in one of my pet names for him, haha. Anyway, here are a couple photos!

You know, the weird thing is, I heard that anything that is not funnelled through the legitimate channels to authorised dealers, whether it's Pandora, Coach, whatever, can be considered counterfeit, even if it was made in the same factory as the real stuff in the middle of the night by a ghost team.

It's funny you should say that because I have actually heard that Pandora sells the beads that don't come out right to "other" dealers at way cheaper prices because they are not as perfect as what goes to the stores. And it makes sense when you think about it. Some beads we see that we are like totally sure are fake because they are not clear and stamped elegantly, are probably quite real. Which leads me to my question ;


If you knew a bead was fake, made in a non Pandora factory, but it was solid sterling and looked real to everyone you asked, would you still want it?

Pfff, that's a difficult question! My first thought is NO, because I would know. But my second thought : If I can't tell the difference either, than why not?

She has a babushka charm for sale. I put it into photoshop and compared it to the one I got from the store and it doesn't look right either. So happy I didn't get the babushka too!

It looks really really different! The green leaf is on the other side even!! At first I thought it was mirrored, but that's not the case here. Ripping off so many people, shame on her! Awfull!

Haven't been here in awhile! Here's an updated pic. I haven't worn my bracelet in a month I'm ashamed to say. I should wear it more often.

That is so mean!! Why rely on an 11 year old to do your job? And anyway, just because she got good grades doesn't necessarily translate into her being able to mentor some other kid. Did the school advise you that they were doing this! Kids can be so mean sometimes, my daughter was bullied in grade school (grade 6) because she was pretty!? By very unpretty, mean girls, mean in spirit and looks. One of them actually showed her a knife!! Very scary because kids that age have really no idea what the consequences of their actions are. What is even scarier, is that she didn't tell me for a while. What goes through kid's minds sometimes? I took her out of that school and sent her to another one immediately and it never happened again.

Do the teachers talk to the bullies to find out what is causing it as well? A kid doesn't start bullying just because they think it's a fun thing to do, often the bully is being bullied somewhere as well or they are having a hard time at home or something like that. Here in Holland, I can savely say the teachers have the bullying almost fully under controle. They talk about it quit often, and not in a preaching way. But really talk, with the children interacting. That way they can make a commitment's to deal with problems in a different way and for the ones that are being bullied to speak up and if that doesn't help to tell a teacher, who will then take the bully and the 'victim' apart and talk it out.

Oh dear it sounds like we bought our charms from the same seller!! After finding out that mine are probably fake as well I had a look around etsy and a lot of people selling pandora have the same description...about family closing a jewelry store.

I wouldn't trust her to send a refund either tbh.

What an awfull Pandora week for a lot of you, no one here is ever buying from her again that's for sure. It has to be possible the make a seller like this stop doing business? Can't you contact Etsy and explaine the whole thing and ask for help?
