I quite fancy the bangle for myself actually. It's only £40 from Charming888 on ebay. I am just thinking with the constant sliding about of charms on it, will the silver go really dull?

I have a bangle that I use for a few charms at a time, but put a clip (with insert) to keep them in place. Still shiny!

So far the one that only has 3 charms max is still shiny, the one that's full isn't as shiny has dulled but is shiny again when polished up but isn't like new shiny when it was new.
 
They definitely look different and I would say the old one is fake. Too bad there are so many dishonest people out there. But now you have the real one and its so cute!
I agree that the etsy charm looks fake. Just look at the detail on the heart of the Pandora charm compared to the etsy charm; how crisp the detail is. I think a lot of fakes are made from molds from real Pandora charms so the details becomes more blurred plus a little bit larger as well.
