Its putting me off buying from them if they told you they had sent it 8 days ago. I got a email from local argento store they have the mothers day charms instock. They have the two tone vintage heart, I really wanted the dangly version but don't look like they will have it as of yet. So I might get the charm version instead. I might gi for it cos I cant wait and hope that my kids get if for me on mummys day. Im so bad!

One day before light as a feather or have you gone off that now?

If my charm comes at some point that's okay but it's annoying that it's taking so long. Perlen said they would replace any lost items even if it was a free post, so lets see if they honour that if the charm doesn't come. That's cos i pointed out the distance selling directive.

Its either 2 purple vintage spacer, light as a feather or vintage heart two tone. I can't have all. Got to choose. If I get the two tone heart myself will save the kids and hubby buyng me it as I know every year they tell me to do a pandora wishlist. They can make me a nice dinner instead save them the dosh they r hard up students. And they have been rather stressed this year. Have you emailed perlen again ask them where yor charms have gone?

I just came back from the store since they were having a preview event for the spring collection. Surprisingly, they also had some pieces in from the summer collection, and more surprisingly, I actually LIKED a lot of the summer collection (I didn't like it when I saw pictures of it on-line but in person, it's so much more vibrant).
I picked up two charms while I was there for my bangle so now that piece is finally done. :)

See! Good for you. It really is useful to know about these, if you hadn't found it and mentioned it, they would have said they couldn't replace it as stated in their terms. :D
