So girls - super excited - my 31st birthday is early next month. Having had my daughter 7 weeks before my 30th last year and then suffering postnatal depression - we didn't celebrate too much at all... Other than starting my pandora obsession...
Well hubby has said I can have a 'big' present this year - May have to be birthday and Xmas combined but... IM ALLOWED (lol) A PANDORA WATCH! ...and if I am happy to combine birthday and Xmas I can have the white leather diamond bezel imagine watch! So excited! Has anyone else got a pandora watch xx

My only concern would be that if the strap is white leather, you will have to be very careful not to get it dirty and will have to be careful as colours can transfer onto it from your clothes. You can always replace your strap when its old.:D

new to the Pandora collecting - hi ladies of the Pandora thread .... I have a quick question for all the experts/Pandora wearers, so I am sure this might have been asked before but if its not too much trouble to answer again or point me in the right direction . I lost one of the middle clips yesterday after having my bracelet for three weeks - did anyone simply loose a clip before? I went to replace it today and the sales person at the store simply said I must have clipped it wrong :/ I just don't buy that explanation as it held on for the three weeks of wear - can it be from hitting the bracelet somehow or maybe a defect? any suggestions from past experience are welcome - I would really like to avoid this from happening again.

Thank you in advance

Oh no :( I haven't personally lost a clip bit have heard of plenty who have! A friend of mine even lost a gold one a few months ago. You can't really clip a clip on wrong, if you did it wouldn't "clip" it would have come off straight away. I suppose it could have knocked loose, or had a defect. I would be careful with your new clip and keep a close eye on it. I have heard of clips coming off a particular thread on the bracelet multiple times, and it turns out to be a defect in the way the bracelet is made, not the clip. I hope the new one stays put! It's very annoying to lose one, since then you obviosuly can't return it.

Yes it can be clipped on incorrectly. If its' not clipped onto the screws exactly, it will still clip onto the bracelet but be off centre. The clip won't spin if it's off centre - it will be rigid on the bracelet. It should spin round when you move the clip. I've done it before in the past but obviously realised.

In my opinion, it is very unlikely the bracelet would be at fault. If the clip's catch is tight, it should stay on regardless. A clip doesn't have to be just placed on the screws but can be put on the bracelet itself. Most likely the catch is loose or not closing properly therefore the clip will be the faulty one.:smile1:

You're right, although this doesn't happen with all clips! As I I said, if it is clipped on wrong, it won't actually "clip", It will just sit and not spin, like you mentioned. They should spin.

A defective thread can cause it to "pop" off. In this particular case, a lady lost I think 4 clips from this particular thread before they sent the whole bracelet to be examined! The thread was defective. I haven't seen this often, but would still advise to keep an eye on her new clip!

Exciting! Are you after the imagine grand or grand C? Or just the imagine? Achica just had a watch sale, they had sets with the Grand and Grand C. It's finished now but I would keep an eye out, they might have another with the things they didn't sell. They were great prices.
I love the stainless steel imagine, unfortunately they don't go in the sale!
