IDK where you live but I've had nothing but great experiences with customer service at Ben Bridge. Sometimes I'm more knowledgeable than the SA but that's forgivable :P Also, the only time they wouldn't accommodate me was when they had a bracelet promo for a free silver bracelet and I wanted to downgrade to a leather one and they wouldn't :confused1:

I had two sunburst with gold clips for over two months and wore them daily before I realized they were different on the gold dot. One was round and one was "melted" into the silver. I showed he SA and she looked behind her shoulder to see if anyone was looking and swapped it right out and winked at me :D

............... And she is going to sell that charm to the next interested buyer? Which u have already worn for over two months everyday....?... I don't know. I hope that none of the charms I bought are second handed but paid full price. This just doesn't sound right at all.

Or she is able to send it back....Don't think of the worse ;)

Not sure if this is at all stores or not, but got an email from my store that they are offering a free keychain to the first 50 shoppers today and tomorrow that spend over $100. Below is a screenshot of part of the email. Going to head in shortly to see about some rings :graucho:

Just thought I would pass along. You may want to check with your local store as well to see if they are offering anything.

Will post back later with my finds!

I'd hope not! She did actually leave it on the board so idk what she did with it. I always inspect my charms now tho before I buy them.

Hi everyone, glad to see that you are understanding and its not me being unreasonable! I bought it from the pandora e store and I tried in my local shop yesterday and they said that they were a franchise and totally separate so couldn't exchange them which I understand.

I understand that the bracelets are non returnable as you could just take them as a gift and then get your money back but all I want is an exchange of sizes!

I love the idea about saying I will have to return all of my charms if they will not swop the bracelet, I might be brave and ring back....ah, I'm not used to complaining! Also the idea about another seller is a good idea, need to see if there are any in York.

I have written on the pandora Facebook page if anyone goes on that to see if I can get a response from them but nothing so far :(

I know I could just spend the £55 and buy another but it's the principle!

Sorry to hear this, it's really inconsistent as I bought my daughter one last weekend in the same offer. I asked the SA if we could swap for a different size if needed and she said no problem, but would be interesting to see if they would honour their word. It's not like they are losing any money or charge different prices for different sizes.

This would put me off of buying from them going forward. I would make a formal complaint, tell them how disappointed you are.

I had a similar poor customer experience with Links the other week, bought 2 charms in store, asked the SA if the price was the same online I.e. the same discounts, she said yes and I thought nothing of it until I got home and checked the price.......I had been overcharged £18 for one charm.

I emailed them and queried it and they refused to refund me the difference, so I promptly took the charm back for a full refund and made my way to Pandora. I have quite a lot of items from Links, but doubt they will get much business from me now. From me being the only customer in Links, to one of about 30 in the Pandora store I feel Links need to think about their strategy to try and win business back and retain their loyal customers.

Re: Unforgettable Moments

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and the lovely world of Pandora! However already sucked in. I keep plotting and planning, and so came across all you lovely people and your gorgeous bracelets. http://forum.purseblog.com/images/smilies2/graucho.gif

I live in the UK and read a recommendation for Unforgettable Moments for sourcing reduced Pandora charms etc. I had a look at they actually have some that I am struggling to source elsewhere as retired.

Very tempted to buy and I guess I want some reassurance as to whether they are OK to buy from, i.e. genuine. How many of you UK lot have tried them?#

Thanks a mil!

I find myself wearing my leather bracelet when it's so hot outside, rather than wearing the silver ones because they just don't stay as shiny when you sweat and using sun protection products. Does anyone regonize that? Although I enjoy wearing the leather bracelet I do miss my silver ones...

I do the exact same thing! I too miss wearing my silver!

Yes they are legit. I have bought from there before. They have only old stock though. They are genuine.:D

Thanks Tabitha!

I tried to do some research about Unforgettable Moments online and found very mixed reviews. Some said they were fake and too good to be true, including that Pandora said they never supplied them. Others said the goods looked good and that manager said they are just selling off old stock, hence the discounts. Very confusing!

Sorry to be a pain but how did you know they were genuine? I'm such a novice! :blushing:

Thanks!

Pandora bangle?

Having started last night, I worked my way through the first 80 pages of the forum so far. I'm dying to see pictures of Pandora bangles in different combinations so please share pictures of all you lovely bracelets!
