First pandora experience- very upset :(. I took advantage of the free bracelet offer and made two separate orders and so got two bracelets, now they have arrived and they are too small and pandora will not swop the size as they were ' free' which really irritates me as it sounds like charity or something, they were only free because I spent £400 on charms! Now I am stuck with bracelets that are too small and I have nothing I can do with them and I can't show off my bracelet or buy any more charms as I planned to at the weekend as I don't actually have a bracelet that fits, I'm so upset, all I wanted was to swop the size, I don't know why they being so unreasonable, put me right off the company straight away after I've spent all this money ;(

This is really terrible! Could you try your luck at any stores? Bring along your proof of purchase as well as items in its original packaging and form. You never know.. I believe the staff should be able to sympathize with you

Where abouts are you Hun...? The reason I ask is my mum bought me a bracelet from a pandora store in different town... Completely wrong style bracelet and size... Pandora store near me wouldn't help, but a jeweller nearby with a pandora concession couldn't be more helpful! X

That is just horrible customer service! Perhaps they would be more willing to exchange the bracelets if you told them you wanted to return all the charms you just bought?

Hi everyone, glad to see that you are understanding and its not me being unreasonable! I bought it from the pandora e store and I tried in my local shop yesterday and they said that they were a franchise and totally separate so couldn't exchange them which I understand.

I understand that the bracelets are non returnable as you could just take them as a gift and then get your money back but all I want is an exchange of sizes!

I love the idea about saying I will have to return all of my charms if they will not swop the bracelet, I might be brave and ring back....ah, I'm not used to complaining! Also the idea about another seller is a good idea, need to see if there are any in York.

I have written on the pandora Facebook page if anyone goes on that to see if I can get a response from them but nothing so far :(

I know I could just spend the £55 and buy another but it's the principle!

If you don't get it resolved I'd sell the two bracelets on ebay and use the earnings to buy one or two the right size. That's your only other option I'm afraid. Good luck!

thanks hunny it means a lot it really does.
I have come along way since I was last on here I am now in a private rented house and ive nearly sorted out all the furnishings etc.
it really is so scary doing it all alone and knowing I am responsible for all bills etc on my own but if anything this is going to do me good.
so yeah I hope I can collect a bracelet again it will be on a much smaller scale than what I previously had and take me some time to do but I am determined to at least get a bracelet back as I had to part with everything when I went through my break up.

It really good to hear you happy and content. You can do whatever you want now. It will definitely make you a stronger person and now you can look to the future........also, a new bracelet when you do start it, will mean all the more now. I can't imagine having to go through everything you have but this forum is great for a but of cheering up and some moral support.:D xx

Like everyone said that is terrible customer service as you are only wishing to swap for different size bracelets. Out of curiosity, were you able to ask for the bracelet length you wanted initially.....were you just unsure what size to get? It sounds like the bracelets are far too small for you. You should measure your wrist and add 3cm to it and that will definitely be the right size. If I were you I would get a refund on everything and buy it again with the right size bracelets. I know that's a hassle....but.....people say sell on ebay. Do you actually have an account on ebay to sell items because selling two bracelets if you don't sell on ebay may not be worth your while after the fees etc.

I too have had bad experiences with Pandora. They just don't appreciate their loyal customers. It is so annoying. Let us know what you will do.:smile1:

Thanks :) I do have an ebay account so they will probably end up on there but like I said its more like the priciple, I was planning on spending a lot of money with them and I already feel like an un valued customer! :(

I think im going to keep the charms and stick it out with Pandora and not let them get me down as I was so excited to start collecting, I will just always stick to my local store in York and bear in mind their poor customer service and keep all recipts and details of who served me etc in case they try to mess me about again.

Thanks for listening to me moan everyone! You are all lovely!

IDK where you live but I've had nothing but great experiences with customer service at Ben Bridge. Sometimes I'm more knowledgeable than the SA but that's forgivable :P Also, the only time they wouldn't accommodate me was when they had a bracelet promo for a free silver bracelet and I wanted to downgrade to a leather one and they wouldn't :confused1:

I had two sunburst with gold clips for over two months and wore them daily before I realized they were different on the gold dot. One was round and one was "melted" into the silver. I showed he SA and she looked behind her shoulder to see if anyone was looking and swapped it right out and winked at me :D

aw its nice that she helped you out like that, thats what I would do if I was in their position, if I saw the chance to help a nice person out I would. Im going to take a piccy of the charms I got and pop it on here tonight, at least thats one way of showing off my charms even if I can't wear the bracelet yet!
