Got the call about the leathers... I am looking into checking out some teal stuff, I love teal! Has anyone seen the new teal smooth leather irl?

I've seen it. I'm not sure what the sizes are but the one I saw there was no way that was fitting around my wrist three times...or even a child for that matter. I thought it was supposed to go around 3 times...but I could be wrong. I just took a quick look because I had to get going at the time so I didn't ask much either... I'm not sure if I want one or not yet...

Sounds like you found a jewelry store that you get pandora items other than the rude awful customer service that you experienced at the pandora store. It's really too bad that you didn't hear back from pandora corp yet, it's really disappointing. Leeds is awesome for giving out charms as prizes!!! even better than regular pandora stores :)

Probably quite cuz it was Canada's Day long weekend and US will be celebrating July 4th soon

Yes Leeds was so great. I wanted to buy £75 worth of items just for the free charm/bracelet but I couldn't afford to this time. I really love my macramé bracelet though. It's really cute. It's not worth £30 and £19 is pushing it for what it is, but I am enjoying wearing mine. I got the beige one for my friend for xmas. I will put it away and buy a clip later to put on it. The ladies in the Leeds Pandora, the one in the shopping centre were so helpful and nice, it made such a refreshing change.

Pandora did reply in the end but they just apologised and said that I should take it up with the store in the Metro Centre if I am not happy. Well, that's what I did do and they were unhelpful which is why I emailed Pandora. I think Pandora's customer service is shockingly bad. They really don't care at all. It's a real shame I love Pandora otherwise I would have stopped buying them by now. They take their customers for granted.:smile1:

That's a rubbish response from Pandora, just telling you to take it up with the store. Don't they care if a store is presenting the brand in a bad light?

As a rule I am really mixed on Pandora's customer service. I think the whole franchise set-up is a cop-out as it means that it's really hard to get either the store or Pandora itself to take responsibility for any mistakes: they put it on each other. It's annoying that when a piece of jewellery breaks you can't just get a replacement - the store personnel aren't trained to assess it, so you have to wait 4 weeks for it to be sent off to HQ. Ridiculous.

However, when I've had issues with my jewellery, in most cases Pandora have actually been quite good. I was once sold the wrong size bracelet and when I complained to the store, they just gave me a free bracelet in the correct size, without asking for the old one back. I also just had a bracelet break outside of warranty and I e-mailed and complained and they said to send it to their HQ and they'd replace it for free.

Sold the one-clip bracelet for the first time today to a customer and she wasn't really into Pandora and wasn't sure of what clip she liked so I suggested the cherry blossom, such a pretty combo! Love a happy customer :amuse:

Two questions:
1) when is the next promo?
2)what are your thoughts on the bangle?

Thanks, ladies!
1) leather bracelet promo July 8-15 with 100 USD (150 CAD)
silver bracelet promo September 19-22 with 100 USD (150 CAD)

2) I'm not a fan of the new bangle because its too round making it awkward on the wrist and it doesnt have the threads so beads will spin around

1) there are no promos in my country, hence I can't advice
2) I LOVE the bangle! In fact I was hoping that my bracelet would feel like it initially would - solid. I bought it immediately in my size (17cm) and that was the last pc left in store. Though the charms spin but heck.. They spin on the normal bracelets anyway.

I've had my pandora bracelet since beginning of April and it's still rigid and stiff like a bangle. Granted that I don't wear it everyday (maybe once or twice a week) and I have been waiting for the bracelet to loosen up but it's still solid like a bangle.

I keep my bracelet half full of charms. I have 2 clips and keep the beads eventually distributed in each section.

How long did everyone's bracelet take to loosen up?
