Hi all! I just got my bracelet and charms yesterday! And I am so in love!
But I was so excited about the whole thing and just bought the bracelet with the charms that the sales girl arranged for me to try and forgot to ask for new pieces. Is it normal to just take what is out there? Or I shud have asked for new pieces?

I have had a really bad experience today at the Metro Centre branch of Pandora - red zone. I posted a photo of the ring I got for my friend's birthday but had to take it back for a refund as it was 1 size too big. When I bought it the lady said I could get a full refund if I bought it back in 14 days. Well, it's been 2 days. I went back today and the lady wasn't there but I got served by a guy instead. I explained my situation and because there wasn't the next size down, I asked for a refund. He said I couldn't have a refund but an exchange only, or a credit note. I said the lady who served me said I could get a refund which was why I bought it in the first place, otherwise I wouldn't have risked it. He was adamant that he would not honour what the lady said despite her making the mistake of telling me the wrong information. I asked if the manager could refund this once at their discretion since that was what I was told in the first place. He said he was in charge today and no he couldn't do it. I was so angry and annoyed by then that I suggested he resize it which he agreed to. I left feeling really disappointed. If I buy Pandora in a shop, it's always that branch I go to. He's seen me loads of time there. I couldn't believe the service of which I was treated with, especially since it was a member of their staff who told me the wrong information. I am thinking about making a complaint. Seriously if their staff are incompetent, why should I be paid to suffer?![]()
I'm not quite sure what you mean sorry! The one on the left at 9 oclock is the sea shell with starfish charm which isn't discontinued.
The one on the left at the front is the star flower charm, which I can't find on the US website either. I found it on the UK website thinking it might help you but it won't let me click on it to open up the information. This has happened to me before when things are about to be discontinued, so I wonder if that's what's happening?
The one on the right at the front is the two-tone swirl charm which I can't find on the US website either. The one on the right at 3 oclock is the two-tone flower charm, which I can find on the US website but again it won't let me click on it for more info.
Sorry to hear what terrible service and dishonest that you received from your pandora store. Is there a customer service number you can phone to complain. that's totally unacceptable for sales people to tell you incorrect policies and expect that customers won't get mad just because they want to make a sale. it's like we need to get it in writing or video record them saying it to be believed. i hope that they refund your money. good luck, and keep us posted if you successfully get this resolved through pandora corp. definitely i would also let them know that you used to be a long time shopper there and will never be going back, so they just lost a customer and that you are letting others know about their lousy dishonest customer service team they have working there.
also i wonder if there's a customer service desk at the mall that you can complain to about what happened
Wow. I am in the customer service business, and I am APALLED at this. Even if, for some reason, there was a no refund policy, I would definitely have treated you WAY nicer than this...
I am so sorry this happened to you. I do hope you send a letter. This needs to be made right.
What a horrible experience! I really think Pandora need to get their customer service sorted out. I would definitely complain, they need to know.
Thanks Tabitha! You're right about not putting two sparklies together, that's what's been causing me arrangement problems. I've been messing around with the charms on a piece of ribbon but haven't sorted it yet! I'm glad you like the oxy crown, that's one of my favourites![]()
Tabitha, so sorry to hear of your bad experience.....I've never heard of not getting a full refund after only 2 days!!!! That's horrible customer service, and that is NOT Pandora's policy either. I would go back and either speak to the woman who sold you the ring or speak to the head manager of the store. is this a store within a store or a Pandora Store?? I wouldn't settle for anything less than a full refund!
