Ladies, all your bracelets are gorgeous!

I have had a really bad experience today at the Metro Centre branch of Pandora - red zone. I posted a photo of the ring I got for my friend's birthday but had to take it back for a refund as it was 1 size too big. When I bought it the lady said I could get a full refund if I bought it back in 14 days. Well, it's been 2 days. I went back today and the lady wasn't there but I got served by a guy instead. I explained my situation and because there wasn't the next size down, I asked for a refund. He said I couldn't have a refund but an exchange only, or a credit note. I said the lady who served me said I could get a refund which was why I bought it in the first place, otherwise I wouldn't have risked it. He was adamant that he would not honour what the lady said despite her making the mistake of telling me the wrong information. I asked if the manager could refund this once at their discretion since that was what I was told in the first place. He said he was in charge today and no he couldn't do it. I was so angry and annoyed by then that I suggested he resize it which he agreed to. I left feeling really disappointed. If I buy Pandora in a shop, it's always that branch I go to. He's seen me loads of time there. I couldn't believe the service of which I was treated with, especially since it was a member of their staff who told me the wrong information. I am thinking about making a complaint. Seriously if their staff are incompetent, why should I be paid to suffer?:nogood:

I need to lose a charm!

I bought the showstopper charm (second in on the right) to replace the spot and swirl charm (third in on the right), but now I'm not so sure! The spot and swirl does sparkle nicely in the sun and I'm not sure how much I like the showstopper. Do I take off one of the plain non-sparkly ones? Do I get rid of the cz spiral? I can't decide what to do!

What charm do you like least? Can be any on the bracelet, not just the two I mentioned. Decisions! :confused1:

Please help! (and be brutally honest ;))

I love your bracelet. This is my opinion. I think you should take off the very end charm on the right - the plain one. Don't put the show stopper and swirl and spot together. Try rearranging so you don't have too sparklies together. I love the oxi crown so you can't take that away. It's defo has go to be the plain one that goes the journey. It's pretty but not as pretty as the show stopper, that's a real beauty!:smile1:

I would definitely make a complaint, you were given the wrong information by a member of staff which is obviously not your fault.

Tabitha14- i am sorry you had a bad experience at the place you usually shop. it is very upsetting. i don't have any really good advice to offer. i am not a big complainer. i never feel it helps- but that's just me.
if you previously had good experiences maybe just don't go to this one person. buying a luxury item should not be a chore- sorry you were upset.

He was very unhelpful. Never once did he smile either! I made a mental note to myself never to go back to that store again. There are two more Pandora shops in the Metro Centre and one in the city where I work.

I think I will send an email to Pandora to let them know of the bad service I have received. I have complained before in writing but I am always nice in doing it. I tend to give them praise then state how disappointed I am. I never demand anything either. I have always had nice replies back and vouchers in most cases. I am not expecting anything from Pandora nor will I receive anything, but I just want to make them aware of how bad that particular branch is.:smile1:

I will definitely email a complaint. It's shocking that they make the mistake and don't honour it. There should be a bit of give and take and the manager can override and make an exception if they wanted to. What an appalling shop.

What a horrible experience! I really think Pandora need to get their customer service sorted out. I would definitely complain, they need to know.

Thanks Tabitha! You're right about not putting two sparklies together, that's what's been causing me arrangement problems. I've been messing around with the charms on a piece of ribbon but haven't sorted it yet! I'm glad you like the oxy crown, that's one of my favourites :smile1:

Tabitha, so sorry to hear of your bad experience.....I've never heard of not getting a full refund after only 2 days!!!! That's horrible customer service, and that is NOT Pandora's policy either. I would go back and either speak to the woman who sold you the ring or speak to the head manager of the store. is this a store within a store or a Pandora Store?? I wouldn't settle for anything less than a full refund!

I wear my all gold bracelet the same way, only about half full (not the way my avatar picture looks.) That way you can still see the gold bracelet!! Yours looks fabulous!!!!! :smile1:

Hi Northshore, thanks!

First I just need to say I just shoved the feeling groovy on there so they were all on the bracelet, it wasn't there because I thought it looked good! :D

I like your ideas, I agree the feeling groovy is possibly the one to go. The oxy charm can't go I'm afraid, my boyfriend gave it to me for Christmas and it is one of my favourites. The reason I had it in the centre was because like you said, it's the only fully oxidised one I have!

I think I will take it all apart and have a play, I like your idea of moving the primrose path so it's not next to the clip. Just wish I had one of those play trays they have in store!

I use wooden skewer sticks that are available in the grocery store......they work great and are cheap!!!

Wow. I am in the customer service business, and I am APALLED at this. Even if, for some reason, there was a no refund policy, I would definitely have treated you WAY nicer than this...
I am so sorry this happened to you. I do hope you send a letter. This needs to be made right.
