Oh SL, it's really too bad that you had such an awful experience!! I would say yes, definitely return it and then find a new store for future purchases. That was NOT appropriate for him to ask such personal questions....that would scare me right out the door! I think you handled it very well!!!
Thanks, I felt a little guilty so you made me feel better. I was pretty thrown when he not only asked me where I worked but what time I got off work. Sheesh. So my hubby feels bad for me and he said we are just going back there Thursday to exchange it yet again. He doesn't want to deal with my anxiety having to wait for a replacement from UPS I bet lol I am a little OCD but then I think many members here are which is part of why we all have good taste ha ha. I am hoping that the SA that helped me isn't there when I go back. I feel embarrassed to face him again even though I really shouldn't. I swear I need to get out more but my health for the last couple years hasn't been great so shopping online is a Godsend for me. Anyway, I would go tomorrow but I'm taking my daughter to the San Dieo Safari Park because lately I am feeling better
