The denim embossed Rhyder and the Rhyder that was purchased are actually two different bags, although they do look extremely similar. The Rhyder that was purchased in the original post is an embossed leather Rhyder in the color denim. The denim croc Rhyder is what Coach calls their "denim leather" which is a much softer leather (it actually almost feels like denim) -- and it's slightly lighter in coloration.

I actually prefer the embossed Rhyder that tlo purchased. They're both gorgeous, obviously, but the denim embossed Rhyder that you got is a little bit of a darker blue than the denim leather and it shows off the hardware just a liiiiiittle bit more.
