Hello HHotties!
Just popping in to say hello...I've been, uhm, quite busy
Really great stuff coming for Spring and Fall'13. I honestly have not been this excited about the collection for quite some time.
About the site...I'm holding off on announcing a new launch date as I don't want to jinx anything. It will definitely be post 12/25 as there is another round of backend testing that needs to happen + CS training.

Speaking of CS training, will HH be repairing the damaged goods from the last orders? I had one pomp that arrived sans back pull and one that lost a strap rivet the first time I carried it. I was not able to get them fixed due to a total lack of communication/even a response from the last group at the helm.

Yes, we will be doing repairs for older merchandise after we relaunch.
Sorry to hear about your pomp...also the lack of care that was exhibited in helping out HH customers over the past 6 months.

I guess I should save my pennies? did you notice Marcel on the same photo with the Clara?
MB- Yes! The Marcel is a great bag. I am interested to see what color combos there are. That little camera bag from the TT collection (the multicolor blue, green, cream) is really cool looking, too. Oh, Marcel....
Also, did you notice in the background of the picture with the cuffs there are some other bags? One of them has the old school HH dongle thingy. I wonder if that is an older bag or newer edition? Hummmm... Bringing back some classics- that was a great idea.
The leather on that Milton (the green and neutral) looks delicious. I am sad that I don't have $1000 for it, but the pictures are mouth watering. I need therapy.
