Hi ladies, I've been on tpf for years and rearly comment. But I felt I had to now. A good friend was an intern in the wardrobe dept of the OC. Nothing was fake. Most were borrowed from the pr companies representing the designers. All the Chanel is real. The pr company reping Chanel wanted a foothold into the youth market so the loaned them whatever they wanted. They would even lend them archived vintage if they requested it. As for the Hermes it was real too. The featured less of it but what they had was the real deal. There a legal issues with using fakes. Most wardrobe departments would never even think of using a fake.

I like watching this show, and I love Chanel!! Time to find my OC shows to watch it all over again! 
I'm marathoning OC on Hulu and am loving seeing all the Chanel. I think it definitely subliminally planted a Chanel seed in my brain lol
Omg, this was one of my favourite shows when I was younger.. and I never ever noticed the Chanels! Tbh, I hadn't gotten into bags back then [emoji85] x
