What a bummer this is!
Do they not have any quality control process to insure they are not flawed?
For that much money, a product needs to be as perfect as possible!
So sorry that this has happened to you...and twice!

This shade is looking a bit gray in the pictures. Can u tell me what shade is this exactly. I am debating between colors. Thank you

OK! Update- This is my third try. I settled on the white color even though I really wanted the Cipria. However, with the way the newer colors are being made, I felt certain I wouldn’t come across one made exactly the way I wanted.

So I gave SSense a try and ordered the white pouch as they were doing 20% off and it included Bottega! Here are pics of my bag. If I could change one thing I wish the hardware was gold. But honestly, with how symmetric it is and the good price, I’ll take what I can get lol.
