They didn't have a mini but they had mini mini and regular in black ballerina. There are other retailers that have free shipping though. One of mine was from forward by elyse walker and it was a mini with free shipping. You won't get any duties and taxes if it's under $1000 which most should be.

I'll just have to keep an eye out in general. I'm a grad student so don't have the money for more than one and am willing to wait to get the one i have my heart set on instead of 'settling' for another and regretting it when a mini Black Ballerina becomes available.
I wouldn't settle for something I didn't love so I get that. But in saying that I wouldn't pay absolutely any price either, including high shipping costs and high exchange rates, but that's just me.
Good luck with your search. I know Laprendo was doing pre orders they may still have some. Their prices are ok and you pay in two lots (half now half just before it ships) although they do charge shipping now which I have read is about $40.

I think if you want something that isn't common you will need to pay the excessive shipping and conversion through them direct unless you jump on one of the preorders like Laprendo who usually have all combinations for preorder.
I was just meaning even if there was a combo I could only get from MG direct I still wouldn't because of the high prices, but that's just me. I'd pass and find something I liked that was easier to get at the right price.

I'm aware I might have to anyway, but I consider it worthwhile to explore various options, such as seeing if I can buy when travelling or checking out other sites. As an Australian, I'm very used to be shafted with shipping, which is frustrating but oh well.
Question. The foes corners at the bottom of the bag seem almost a little sharp where they come to a point. Is that how they're supposed to feel? Also how soon do the corners start to show wear? I'll be using my new brandy bucket every day. Thanks!

I got my bucket bag today but sadly it looks like they dropped a bit of excess glue or something on the purse. It's not huge but it's noticeable. I know the bag isn't supposed to be perfect but I'd really like all the marks on the bag to be put on there by me. I'm going to write to the company but not sure if they can exchange for a new piece. Has anyone tried before?
