Hello everyone! I am wanting to get the mini bucket in that light pink for spring time and am unsure weather to get the saffiano leather or the tumble leather. Which one do you think would be easier to clean?

saffiano definitely! :) it will stay spotless lol
but it will be structured and stiff. tumble leather is slouchy and soft. which do you prefer?

Just started using my navy calf bucket which I purchased from Bird several months ago. It is a lovely blue, but the leather is not as nice as my previous calf bags. It shows some creasing, and unless really loaded, does not lay right. I am keeping it, will continue to use it, but am happier overall with the vegetable tanned leathers. I will post a picture later today.

ive had black saffiano mini bucket but i let it go as I prefer black veg tanned. but since rosa is such a light color, I prefer having it in saffiano :) it's really hard to come by!! and also, considering the new batch of calf leather is different now...

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to purchase a Bucket Bag from either Dubai airport or Frankfurt airport? The shipping charges to where I live (Australia) are ridiculous even if I can find stock, but I will be flying to Europe on boxing day and visiting my father who works in Berlin for 10 days and am hoping this might be my chance to get my hands on a Bucket Bag.

I am in Australia and have managed to purchase 7 buckets in total that have been reasonably priced. I usually purchase from places that have free shipping and net a porters prices are really good. If you subscribe to the intel thread you will get an email when someone posts and I've noticed net a porters don't seem to sell out instantly anymore you usually get a day to purchase before they sell.
Last launch they had buckets for AU$648 free shipping. Worth keeping an eye on.

Hi! I'm rarely on this forum but I bought a regular bucket bag in cammello dolly. I was really excited to get the bag until I realized the bag is so structured and huge on me! I tried to sell it on eBay so I could get my money back and purchase a mini but i haven't had any luck. Now my question is, how can I wear this bag so it doesn't literally look like I'm wearing a bucket. Will the vegetable leather age better with time and not as bulky? Please help!

It will age as far as the look of the colour and leather goes but it won't soften much. That's what I like about them, the structure so for me I'd be disappointed if it softened and lost that but I understand why you'd like it to.

Have you tried wearing it cross body? I find it less bulky this way. I'm 5'0 btw

Oh this is really good to know! I'd just heard all the 'complaints' about $100+ shipping and duties ordering direct and was struggling to justify it.

Were you able to get a good colour selection from net-a-porter?

I really want a Black-Ballerina Mini. I tend to stick to the smaller sizes since I'm a small framed 5'4 and full size bags wear me rather than me wearing the bag.
